Lovely property right in the heart of downtown Bend. Just steps away from the river and walking path. We really enjoyed staying here. Daily we walked/ran along the river. We really appreciated having garage access to keep our car out of the cold. The kitchen was well stocked, we just needed to bring the food. We also really loved the gas fireplace. It was so nice to come in and just flip a switch to get the fireplace going. We would defintely stay ere again.

This place is 5 star everything! We were only there for a weekend, but it’s so nicely outfitted a longer stay would excellent as well. We might try that when we come back. It truly is a perfect location, walking distance to so much. You can see the stacks from the Old Mill Center from the balcony and it’s an easy walk. The hosts provided excellent recommendations for places to eat & where we could see some Fall color. Sunrise from the living room and balcony was spectacular!

My husband and I and our adult son had a wonderful 3 night stay here during our first trip to Oregon. The location was great! You could walk down the street to the Deschutes River and park; drive to Old Town in less than 10 minutes; buy groceries in two supermarkets within a mile or so; or go to various restaurants. We drove to numerous state parks and scenic drives within an hour of Bend as well. The house itself was extremely well cared for and extremely clean. The primary bedroom, walk/in closet, and bathroom with double sinks was up a half flight of stairs from the front door. The open kitchen, balcony and great room on the same level got wonderful morning light. The second bedroom and bathroom were down a half flight of steps from the entrance, so our son had a lot of privacy. A person with mobility challenges might have trouble with the half flight of steps to enter the front door, plus another half flight up to the main living area. For us the layout was perfect. Thank you to our host!

Great location by the river; bonus having a garage as parking in that part of town a challenge. Comfortable roomy condo with porch to enjoy evening wine. Restaurants within walking distance.

Nice comfortable clean place, very close to the river trail and a short walk to the Bend outdoor music venue. About 100 yds from where the river surfers are - pretty cool.

Great place to stay during our ski week in Bend. We mostly picked it so we could take the bus to and from Bachelor as needed and also access town easily walking. The ski bus is a short walk away. We'd drive up the mountain together in the morning and if someone wanted to return home early, they could just hop on the 7 bus down the hill (about 35 minutes). We even made use of the bikes in the garage to explore Bend, which is a wonderful town. Great stay.

This is now our favorite Bend rental! This is our second stay and we will definitely be back. You really can’t beat the location! We were able to walk to our concert at Hayden Homes Amphitheater. We also walked across the bridge to dinner most nights. They recently replaced the carpet with wood flooring which is a wonderful upgrade. The kitchen is well stocked. Very comfortable living room furniture. If the primary bedroom had a king size bed then this rental would be perfection! We’ll keep coming back either way ;) Thanks for another great stay!

This place worked perfectly for my buddy and me. With one room up and one down, we had plenty of space and privacy. We were in town for a concert at the amphitheater. Easy walk to the show. Overall it was perfect for our situation. We’re looking forward to finding another show and another stay at this place.

We had an amazing week at the property. This is the ideal, most central location for river access, access to the Deschutes River trail system, the amphitheater (we saw a DMB concert), restaurants and downtown. The home was bright, comfy and well-equipped, the big garage was great for our paddleboards, floaties and car (which we barely used except to go hike in the mountains). Bikes to borrow were a bonus. Can't wait to come back!

This is an OK house in a great location. If you want a fancy place this isn’t it. But if you want a good location at a good price then this works. We loved the ability to walk to the Old Mill, downtown Bend and the nearby drop zone for floats and SUP. Pros: Love the location. Bedrooms are good size along with accompanying bathrooms and closets. Two car garage, we had one car and could leave our floats, SUP and kayak in second bay. Living room, kitchen, dining area are good size. Cons: Exterior needs a scrubbing - lots of leaves, cobwebs, etc. Balcony is small and needs a new paint job but facing river. Carpet on stairs is old and matted and holds a wet dog smell, I assume the owner has some large dogs or previous visitors but it’s baked into the carpet. We would stay here again as for us the positives outweigh the minor negatives.

We found this place and booked it. Shortly before our trip, we got an email providing us instructions. A few days before, we got another email on how to get in. I had a question and texted Jennifer and she responded quickly! The house was in a great location and close to alot of things. What a great place!
