Villa Paula is a comfortable, well-equipped holiday home in a well-kept residential area on the south coast of Mallorca. The villa offers everything you need for a perfect holiday with friends or family.







The pool can be covered (in the winter months and on request) and is equipped with sun loungers and shaded areas. At the house there is a brick barbecue and a covered terrace with outdoor dining area and cosy sofa corner. The upper floor of the villa has another lovely sun terrace overlooking the pool. On the ground floor of the villa there is a cosy, bright living and dining area with a fireplace and access to the outside. The adjoining kitchen is spacious and equipped with modern appliances. Also on the ground floor is a utility room and a bedroom with bathroom. The other three double bedrooms are located on the upper floor and each has access to the sunny balcony terrace. There are two bathrooms on this floor. All of the villa's windows are fitted with shutters so that you can enjoy a relaxing nap in the afternoon. The villa is equipped with heating so that you can find a cosy retreat here even in the cooler months of the year.



The villa is located in the well-kept coastal settlement of Sa Rápita in the south of Mallorca. The long sandy beach of Sa Rápita can be reached by car in 6 minutes or by bike in 8 minutes, and Es Trenc is 10 km away. The settlement has small supermarkets and restaurants. Further shopping facilities can be found in Campos, 13 km away.
