Villa Feniks is located in Polaa, near the town of Biograd na Moru. It is located in the Ravni Kotar area, which is known for its indigenous Maraska cherry and agritourism. Visit the Vrana Lake Nature Park, which is home to the largest natural lake and one of the largest wetlands in the Mediterranean region of Croatia. There are 95 legally protected species in the park area. The old town centre of Vrana was built in the Middle Ages in the immediate vicinity of the lake. The Benedictine monastery was later used by the Knights Templar and the insignia symbols of the power of the Croatian kingdom were kept within its walls for a long time.
