Awesome Custom-built Guesthouse In Quiet Downtown Location

This is a wonderful place. It feels like home and the amenities are excellent. I highly recommend this to all of my friends and plan on returning for future visits.

This VRBO was the best we’ve stayed in! It was clean and had a great eclectic collection of artwork. It is attached to the owners home, but a garage separates the two residences so you could not hear them. The kitchen was well equipped. As a tea drinker, I appreciated the large choices of caffeinated and decaf teas. Perfect for 2 couples - each having their own full bathroom. The owners shoveled the snow around our parking area and even flipped our windshield wipers up so they weren’t frozen to our car windows in the morning. Great location in quiet neighborhood. Owners were friendly and quick with communications. Highly recommend.

I loved the two master suites and everything was organized. I enjoyed watching the sunrise in the morning with the fireplace on. It was also, convenient to be so close to downtown.

The house had a lovely yard and view, was super clean, and walking distance to downtown! I would happily stay again.

The guest house was neat, clean and very well stocked. Check out procedures were well stated and easy to comply with. This site is so comfy and easy to feel at home. The neighborhood is wonderful for walking and well located to access routes to many areas of the city. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Great location--close to downtown, in a very nice, quiet residential neighborhood. Fully equipped kitchen. Living area looks out on manicured lawn and large patio that is shared with main house. Good AC in living and bedrooms. We visited from a very hot Phoenix (115), and found the Flagstaff weather and air heavenly. Bedroom carpets could use some attention.

Exceptional semi-private home lodging near downtown Flagstaff...but far enough from the train tracks not to be bothered by the trains. Truly, all the comforts of home away from home!

My parents and I stayed here for a short family get together, our first trip to Flagstaff! The guesthouse was in a great location from which to explore the city. Almost everything that you might need is provided, in particular in the kitchen. We all enjoyed cooking there as it felt very homey. The beds were also very comfortable and the showers had nice water pressure. The living room set up was nice too, we enjoyed watching movies and playing some games while we were there. Overall, the three of us loved staying here and would highly recommend!

This property was a perfect location, not only for our excursions to the Grand Canyon and Sedona, but also to access all of the local color in the Flagstaff downtown. It was super comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed.

We spent thanksgiving with family in flagstaff and this was a great place to stay while we visited! It was so clean and well kept. We highly recommend this spot for a long weekend or holiday stay.

We were in town for a week and the location was great. One could walk to/from downtown if another was out exploring with the rental car. Overall, the property is clean and comfortable, and our needs were met. While the neighborhood is very quiet, there is a bit of road noise from below the hill during rush hour. This was not a big deal, but I always like to know what to expect. When an unexpected appliance glitch arose, it was handled promptly and efficiently. We would like to stay again!

The house is very well appointed and you can tell with the attention to detail. The decor, furniture and home feel very cozy and inviting. The kids loved playing in the backyard, and our hosts were so friendly and kind.

We stayed at the Cherry Hill Guest House for three weeks. If you cook your meals as our family does, you’ll enjoy the well equipped kitchen. Many rental houses skimp on things like soaps and body wash and paper products. Everything here was of excellent quality. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and lovely Flagstaff weather. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were in the area to do some hiking on the Arizona Trail, so we were up early and preferred quiet nights in. The kitchen was the best equipped we have experienced to date. We love to cook and it was better equipped than our home! You can tell that the owners have put lots of love and attention to the construction of this property. We highly recommend this property.
