Awesome 4 Bed 2 Bath House Steps From the Beach!

The location and size where great. There were stains on the walls, handprints on the doors and the refrigerator was absolutely disgusting inside. I reached out several times to try and get a cleaner to come out but no one showed up. I was told it was being escalated by management each time I followed up but no one ever got back to me.

We were very pleased with the location, very close, which is very convenient for children to quickly get to the right place. Beautiful, spacious house! Suggestion: buy an electric kettle!

Close to beach, nice bedrooms, nice service

The property looked like it was not maintained very well. Stains all over the walls and furniture. There were tears in multiple pieces of furniture, and we couldn’t use the bar stools because one of them was broken. The lawn was overgrown. Our sheets were dirty and put on in the wrong direction. The floors were SOOO sticky. It looked like it hadn’t even been cleaned. The kitchen sink was spraying water and the property manager told us not to use it, but like I paid for a running sink. I had to be in contact with the property manager 5 times during our stay, which is very abnormal for a rental property, at least in my experience. The property manager tried to make it right by telling the cleaning lady to come clean again while we were gone. Overall, it was just a little unsettling but we still had a good time.

The best place to stay in a perfect location, not too far from anything everything is within walking distance. Very spacious and clean. Comes with everything you need and more.

Me and my family of 9 stayed here and loved it. Bedrooms are a good size and the master bedroom was great. The kids bedroom surprisingly had a trundle bed. Which was perfect for the little one when she wanted a sleepover with the bigger cousins. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes. Cleanliness great. Communication great. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

We had 4 couples total, 2 couples that had kiddos ranging from 1-8 years old. This house was absolutely PERFECT! So very clean, well organized and plenty of space. The communication was spot on! Any question we had was answered promptly and kindly. The walk to the beach was a lot quicker than we even expected. It took us about 5 minutes to get out the door and onto the beach! We would 100% recommend staying here for any group!! Every couple/family enjoyed coming home after a long day at the beach and hopping into the most comfortable beds!! Seriously, I can’t rave about this place enough!
