Saint Paul, Minnesota
The house is in a quiet safe neighborhood while it is only 4 minutes drive to classy downtown St. Paul. We are about 15 min to Minneapolis. 20 min to the international airport. We have a fully fenced in yard great for kids. A large deck for relaxing or BBQ on the grill and use fire pit for outdoor entertainment , full free laundry, There are 3 beds for couples in the bedrooms (all 3 with air conditioners in summer ) we also have a queen air mattress and a couple couches if people want to spread out. we have a front porch which gets nice and sunny! We have wifi and basic television and a firestick that you can access whatever streaming services like Amazon prime, YouTube and other ones you may have an account for. Walking distance to 3+ parks with public baseball basketball soccer tennis even a splash pad etc. very close to Mississippi River and walking/biking trails that run along it.
The house was big enough that everyone was able to spread out and enjoy spending time together. It was super close to the airport and mall of america which is where we spent a lot of our time. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for the weekend and the old charm made it feel like home. Would definitely stay again.
Great location in a quiet neighborhood near downtown St Paul. Fenced yard was great for our dog. We were very happy with our stay.
Such a nice property for a group traveling to the twin cities! Spacious interior is very functional for a group hanging out and cooking. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Lovely back porch and yard. It was a great stay!
Very comfy, no frills home. Tons of character in a family friendly, walkable neighborhood. Neighborhood parks are an easy walk. Excellent brews at Wabasha Brewing company and coffee at Backstreet Coffee Roasters. (About a mile walk)
Tremendous location for anything in St. Paul.
We felt so lucky to find the property to rent for my nephews college grad. It was a roomy 3 bedroom older house in a nice neighborhood. Fantastic backyard and deck. Pet friendly. Nice places to walk near the river. Close by delicious restaurants. Owner was easy to reach as questions came up. Easy check in. We would stay there again when we go to St. Paul.
Overall our stay was nice. My husband and aunt came into town with me for the Taylor Swift concert. We were in the house a decent amount of time because I got sick during our time in MN. The rules are easy to follow and Zach is easy to communicate with. I feel bad because I didn’t realize our dog got sick overnight and vomited on the bed until right before we were walking out the door to come home. Zach handled it appropriately and I definitely cannot complain about that part at all. The beds are smaller so my husband ended up sleeping downstairs on the couch as there was no way we could’ve made it work in the same room. It’s an older house so central air isn’t available but the air conditioning was really good considering how hot it was that weekend.
We absolutely loved this house. It felt like home and we didn't want to leave! Perfect back yard for our pup and just a great vibe in the house. Zack was easy to contact. And he's a very understanding host. I almost had to cancel due to an emergency and he was very compassionate. I am definitely going to stay here again!
The house was wonderful. It's an older house, but very well cared for. The kitchen is well equipped, and we were able to cook all our meals there. The furniture is all comfortable and there were A/C units available to adjust as we needed for the springtime heat wave. The backyard and deck were great to have for our dog to run around, and the neighborhood was also great for evening and morning walks. Our host was always very easy to get in contact with, and was very responsive to all questions. Definitely recommend this rental!
This older home has great charm and is in a family neighborhood.
Responsive host, clean property, would absolutely stay here again!
The house was wonderful, with a lot of personality. Zack was super helpful and we had a great stay. It was especially great to have a fenced yard for our dog.
Zachary has very responsive to the booking and was great with communication. The house has such a nice warm and cozy character. The location is great to get anywhere and for anything you need. We highly recommend the stay.
Our group was in town for the state volleyball tournament. This house was in the perfect location for easy access to the Xcel Energy Center! The host was quick to reply to all questions and very accommodating!
If you like historic houses, this is the place to stay. It's a beautifully renovated early 20th century spacious home in a very nice neighborhood with a privacy fenced backyard that includes off-street secure parking and a large shady deck. Very dog friendly, well-equipped kitchen, fast wi-fi, close to downtown St. Paul. I will definitely stay here again!
We were very satisfied with the property. It’s an older house with a bathroom on the upper level. The house was clean and had a lovely fenced in yard. There are 3 bedrooms with one bed each. We also used the comfortable Queen air mattress. We would stay here again.
The house and neighborhood had all we needed to enjoy time together as a family. The host made checking in and out very easy. Excellent parking space off the street and a nice deck area for morning coffee & convenient seating for meals. Thank you!
The location was ideal for easy access to a variety of restaurants and entertainment. Stayed there with our dog which worked out great. We were in town for MNUFC game and was only a 20 min drive and quite easy to get to. One bed was too soft, but the others were great. The shower needs to be snaked. It was hard to get a good reading on the neighborhood in terms of its safety. We’ve been to the Twin Cities many times and enjoyed being in St. Paul rather than Minneapolis.
