Awbrey - Amazing! Steps to Downtown & River, Gorgeous, Newer, A/C

Clean, beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. We loved our stay and the walking proximity to dining, shops, and Drake Park.

Great location and wonderfully spacious home!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful, spacious custom home in Bend over Thanksgiving. The house was incredibly clean—honestly one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed—which made it feel welcoming and easy to settle into right away. We appreciated the roasting pan they left for the holiday cooking. The layout was perfect, especially traveling with a 6-month-old, and everything felt comfortable, functional, and thoughtfully done.The location is hard to beat. It’s perfectly walkable to downtown Bend, which we loved, and still felt quiet and relaxing when we were home. It was the ideal balance.We had a fantastic experience overall and would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend.

The house was perfect for our group of 6. Walking distance to downtown and 35 minutes to West Village parking lot. Nicely appointed and very clean. Definitely recommend.

Our stay was perfect. The location was perfect to walk to everything we needed. The house had everything we needed to accommodate two couples and the four kids. Great space, nice bedrooms, and wonderful kitchen and dining spaces. I can’t say enough about how nice it was. Will stay here again.

Fantastic house! Location, house layout and style were fabulous for our family and friends. It's worth mentioning, backyard is a shared space with other houses, but was still great.
