We have truly enjoyed creating this exuberant family fun house near Asheville for you where every corner is bursting with energy and a kaleidoscope of colors!

HOME: From the moment you walk in, you’ll feel the vibrant spirit of Asheville’s art scene come to life. The walls are alive with color, adorned with bold, hand-painted murals by a local artist that instantly spark creativity and inspiration. Every detail— from the colorful throw pillows to the playful area rugs— adds to the home’s joyful character, inviting you to relax, recharge, and enjoy its lively, artistic charm.

MAIN LEVEL: includes front patio, living room, kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms, back patio with outdoor furniture and BBQ grill, washer dryer and two bathrooms

FRONT PATIO:
Step onto the spacious wrap-around deck as you arrive — a welcoming space furnished with cozy outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing and taking in the surroundings.

At the heart of the home lies a bright, open-concept kitchen designed for connection — fully equipped and ready for cooking, gathering, and creating lasting memories together.

The living room features an eclectic mix of comfortable seating, with a plush sofa and chairs upholstered in vivid colors, TV and an electric fireplace.

️ DINING ROOM:
In the adjacent dining area, under a oversized mural ‘Escape the Ordinary', a large table is set up adorned with chairs painted in a spectrum of bright colors where you are invited to be your unique self!

The four bedrooms are havens of imagination and a celebration of color, featuring vibrant walls in a kaleidoscope of patterns.

LOWER LEVEL: includes one king bedroom, full bath, game room with queen sleeper sofa as well as a backyard with hot tub, sauna and fire pit

A highlight of this home is its vibrant game room, designed to deliver nonstop fun for guests of all ages. Bright murals set a lively tone, while a pool table, arcade machines, air hockey, roll-and-score, shuffleboard, poker table, and an infinity game table ensure endless entertainment. For added comfort, the room also features a cozy queen sleeper sofa—perfect for extra sleeping space when needed.

Don’t forget to snap a selfie in front of the stunning mural wall: it perfectly captures the vibrant spirit of both the home and Asheville!

As you step outside the back of this fabulous home, an oasis awaits with an inviting hot tub and sauna.

The spacious backyard offers endless opportunities for fun and relaxation, complete with a variety of yard games perfect for making lasting memories.

FIREPIT:
The backyard offers a warm and welcoming fire pit area—an ideal spot to relax, share stories, and enjoy the cozy glow with loved ones. Please note that access to the fire pit is via a short grassy slope, which may feel a bit steep for some guests.

PETS:
Pet friendly home- $150 per stay, maximum 2 pets

You will get a personalized door code for self check-in.

You can enter the house from the front door opening into the living room or from the backdoor that opens into the game room (converted garage)

You will have access to the entire house.

Other things to note
Propane tank: The propane tank is managed on an honor system, as usage levels can vary and it is not always possible to determine when it has run out. If a refill or exchange is needed during your stay, this can be conveniently done at any nearby gas station. Kindly retain the receipt and send it to us for reimbursement.
