(AV8981) Home 5/4 Private Pool & Free Waterpark

The property was clean and modern. Basic cooking supplies, an extra trash bag, and dishwasher detergent. We had seven people in our party. Three adults and four teenage girls. The resort was very nice. The pool was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

House as advertised. Nice community. All questions answered in a timely fashion.

The condo was just ok, nothing special. That would have been fine for our group and use occasion. Smoke detectors were beeping constantly. No response to my calls or emails. Is it my responsibility to replace the batteries? Zero thought in the stocking of the place. We needed to purchase toilet paper, trash bags, dish detergent…all on day 1. Very few towels and blankets for a place that sleeps 11. We had fewer people than that and needed more of both. Kitchen had nothing. Drip coffee maker???? Are you kidding? No salt pepper aluminum foil or any minor convenience. Bare minimum. Convenient location. Easy parking. Nice community pool but you cannot even bring a bottle of water in. I’ll find another location next time.

Love the location and access to property. Wish I was better advised of a few items. - you have to pay to use grill. - you can’t take food to clubhouse for kids as you stay all day. -The inter-tubes for lazy river stay in the lazy river so you may not have a float. They are very limited floats so we bought some at Family Dollar.

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean, spacious and had everything for our stay. The host was responsive and easy check in and out process.

I’ll Definetlyy rent this place again . Thanks for the hospitality.

Property was great except except for the little bugs on the counter constantly. Called it in. Prior to arrival the Property was not properly inventoried ,Towels from previous guests were left in the washing machine still dirty, sockets in kitchen and upstairs bedroom was not working blinds in patio door was missing and language barrier with Property staff when they came to correct the issue of the towels left in the washing machine. The staff even went through the house to inventory the clean towels before leaving with the dirty towels. The young lady answering the phone need to work on her customer service she didn't believe us when we told her that the towels were still in the washing machine from previous guests still dirty. So we text a picture to provide proof. Did not appreciate her attitude as well as her not believing what we were telling her until I sent pictures.

The Pool was my favorite!! I request to heat the private pool and it was well worth it! Overall the stay was pleasant. ( there was a few small things missing but nothing major) The environment was nice inside n out! I’d would like to stay again in the future
