This comfy, cozy, comfortable, home made our weeklong stay in Fairbanks even better than we had imagined. We were in town while Fairbanks and the surrounding areas were experiencing historically low temperatures. Neg. 40 was about where the temps hovered. But we stayed warm in this great house. It was clean and tidy. Each bed was very comfortable, and there were plenty of extra blankets available. The kitchen was great. We cooked several meals while we were there. The heated floors were absolutely the best. The heated garage was so great. Plenty of room to park. I used the washer and dryer quite a bit, and they did a great job. And we got to see the Aurora! Just out the front door. It was awesome. Sadly, we did not get to see the neighborhood moose, but he or she was probably trying to conserve heat in the woods. Maybe next time. Our host was very responsive. We didn't have any needs come up, but it was good to know that he was available to help by answering questions or giving advice. It was not a bad drive into Fairbanks from this location. It was a great stay. Thank you, Bob!

This little home was terrific. It’s off the beaten path and the road to the property is bumpy, but it’s serene and lovely. Great open sky for Northern Lights viewing. Accommodations were comfortable. I’d sure recommend it.

The house exceeded our expectations. It was clean, well appointed and well stocked with coffee, toiletries and paper goods. The neighborhood was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting relatives. The host Bob was very nice and responsive to all questions. We would definitely stay here again.

House was as advertised except that it was a two family house, there was another family staying on the propert, very closeby. There is no good view.

We had a very relaxing, enjoyable, first time trip to Alaska. The house had everything we needed. Warm, heated garage, clean. Great location. Away from city for better Aurora viewing. Could see Aurora at the house. Short drive to town. Short drive for fantastic Aurora viewing at the park. We are talking about another trip in the future and plan to stay at the same place.
