I love love loved staying on this resort, there were so many amenities and the property was beautiful! I’ll definitely be staying again!!

Great place to stay! Had a six seater golf cart that fit our family and we could park in the nice parking at the beach. The house was clean and had a great kitchen.

We enjoy it very much...fun area too! On this trip, there were some things, how the cleaning people left it, a couple of clogged drains and an AC issue. Nothing major as we still had a great time and it is a nice place. The management company is very responsive and willing to help...kudos to them and thanks!

I’m so glad we chose Augusta Village 523. The condo is spacious - 3 large bedrooms and 2 full sized bathrooms. The interiors are very nicely done and it was SPOTLESS. Although we didn’t use much of the kitchen, it was nice being able to reheat food and store drinks in the refrigerator. The washer/dryer and golf cart were by far the best amenities! My husband enjoyed zooming us around the resort on the cart. It was only a six minute ride to the beach. Most days, we would go to the beach early in the morning then drive the cart back to the condo for a quick lunch before heading right back to the beach. It didn’t feel like a hassle at all. We simply left our things set up at the beach because we were that close and didn’t feel the need to take down and reset up. The beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards available at the condo meant we didn’t have to pay to rent them at the beach. Another plus! We just loaded them into the golf cart every day and that was it! At the end of long days at the beach and pool, it was nice to be able to do laundry in the condo. The management company is really good and the actual owner is phenomenal! The neighbors (owners of other units) were even nice and chatted with us when they saw us. I highly recommend this condo. You can’t go wrong. (Oh, and you have to try the Donut Hole for breakfast! It’s a super short drive from the condo.)

We loved our stay. The location and golf cart was perfect. We loved the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of four. The only complaint we have is there was no hand soap in the bathrooms.

One day/night we went without air conditioner, and that was no fun. They did get it fixed. We did have to buy our own fans. I felt like they could have done more in that area. Needed mor toilet paper. Had to buy our own. Having a golf cart was great. Overall it was a great place.

The house overall was in good condition but had several things that left us disappointed. The AC couldn’t keep up with the heat and with it set at 70 during the day it would average 75-77 inside, unit clearly needs serviced because the air filter itself was caked in dust and dirt and hasn’t been changed in quite a while. I wouldn’t walk across the floor barefoot because when we did the bottoms of our feet were completely black. The furniture was decent but couch needs some love because once you sit down you just sink. The golf cart was great to have access to but what they didn’t mention was the radio wasn’t working and the rear facing lower seat portion wasn’t bolted down correctly and fairly unsafe.

Everything about this place was fantastic but as in most cases, there is always room for improvement. It would have been nice to have some basic seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic salt, etc.) for cooking instead of needing to buy it, some extra trash bags, extra laundry and dish washer soap etc. A map of the resort should be provided as well as an explanation for how to use the tram. I was able to find these online but it would be nice to have them on hand somewhere. For example, where to find the nearest pools or the tunnel to the beach or the Wharf etc. Information about the fireworks or recommended restaurants would be a nice touch as well. Again, we would totally stay here again but as a first timer, we had to take some time to figure a lot out on our own.

My husband loved the updated look and the cleanliness of the unit upon entering, and he is usually hard to impress. We enjoyed the amenities driving around in the golf cart, and the location was perfect. We plan on staying here again in the future.
