Aubreeze of Summer NEW Private Pool, Private BCH, Golf Cart, Miramar Beach

Everything was wonderful. Pool was great. There were not 2 couches as in online photos we missed having second couch. We made due & still had an awesome time! House was a great rental & close to beach with the golf cart a plus. Also 2chairs & umbrella on the restricted beach was a must from now on.

The house was amazing. Will definitely be back.

We enjoyed everything about this property from the swimming pool to the wonderful stove in the kitchen. This was our first time staying in The Caribe neighborhood and it is good to be very hard to stay anywhere else again. I had read some reviews about the mattress being hard and uncomfortable and they are firmer than we are used to sleeping on and they could use a different mattress when selecting new mattresses in the future. The only complaint we had was the driveway. Unfortunately, I don't think much can be done about that. The driveway is very slender so if you drive a large vehicle it is difficult to get in and out of and you have to move every car to get the golf cart in and out of the garage. It would be nice and beneficial if there were some way of making a parking spot for the golf cart in the front. Also, we were only left with one towel and one washcloth per person so it would be nice to have extra so that you are not washing them every day.

The rental property is beautiful and modern and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. A few things to note...the unit was not available to enter after arriving, our code did not work for door. We had to wait until an inspector came to check out the property. I'm not sure they would have come if we had not called. The property management company was friendly though and handled the situation as best as they could. We were in the house an hour or so after they stated we could be. A few things about the property, the driveway is EXTREMELY narrow. We almost scraped and hit our car off the concrete side multiple times. It was very difficult to get in and out of the driveway. The inspector actually hit the concrete wall as she was coming into the driveway. There is lots of mold on the fence right by the pool. The listing states their is an outdoor shower, but we could not find it. The double doors in the main bedroom on 2nd floor has an opening in it that a few Palmetto bugs kept getting in. They are quite LARGE, so that wasn't fun! There is a bees nest on the 2nd floor balcony as well. Also needed to have better communication concerning the golf cart rental. Didn't know where key was, no instructions. When called, told there was a lockbox. Had to call again to find location of lockbox and there was a code to lockbox. This information was not given to us at check in. Overall, this property was very nice. Just a few issues that I wish we didn't have to deal with on our vacation.

Decor is nicely done and provides a comfortable but yet clean feel. Kitchen is well stocked with wonderful sturdy cookware. Things were well maintained and very clean. The neighborhood, private beach and location are perfect. Beach is a quick, easy walk and far less crowded since it’s private. I reduced my review one star on “general condition” because the master bedroom bed was a two sided hammock. My husband and I swapped to the downstairs king bed and slept much better. I also think that in general a property in this price point could provide more substantial bedding. Everyone wants to sleep well and be comfortable on vacation. Admittedly, I’m probably a bit of a diva. I would definitely rent this property again but would choose the main floor master from the start and pack my own sheets and an extra blanket.

The house was really nice and perfect for our family vacation. The beach was beautiful as well!
