With a relaxed, classic beach house feel, Attunga is an ideal option for families holidaying together. Able to sleep up to nine people in four bedrooms and with two bathrooms. The house is all on one level, with a large Northern covered patio at the entry, as well as a Southern ocean facing deck with views of the sea and coastline from Sturt point and across looking towards Kennett River.

This traditional style beach house has just been refreshed with new kitchen, two new bathrooms, new flooring, and painted inside and out.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, electric cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and everything you need to cook up meals to share together around the 8 seater timber dining table. The outside North facing sheltered deck has a gas BBQ and outdoor dining setting for six.

A central lounge room has access to both the front and rear decks. The lounge has TV, DVD player, wood fire and reverse cycle heater/air conditioner. There is NBN Wifi available throughout the home.
Two brand new bathrooms have a shower, toilet and vanity in each, with a washing machine also in one of the bathrooms.

Ideal for two families holidaying together, there are two queen bed rooms, the third bedroom has two single beds, and the forth bedroom has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and single on top.

Pets
Attunga is also pet friendly. However please note that there are not any fenced areas at the property, just the front enclosed deck.

Parking
Parking is in the driveway, room for three cars. There is no access to the under house area, and it is not undercover parking.

Pricing
The initial rate is for up to 4 people, assuming 2 bedrooms being used (either 2 x queen bedrooms or 1 x queen and 2 x single).
If you are 4 people needing more than two bedrooms, please select the 5 person rate.
All pricing is based on the amount of guests staying, and beds/bedrooms used. Please ensure you book for the correct amount of guests, and confirm how many beds/bedrooms you will be requiring during your stay, so that we have accurate booking information prior to your arrival.

    House was very clean and all amenities worked well. Enough room for eight of us - 4 adults and 4 teens. Property manager communication was excellent. Wye is a beautiful place to visit and property walking distance from the beach, pub and cafe/general store. A couple of things to note - to walk to the property requires a walk up a steep hill driveway and also TV is not a smart TV. All in all a beautiful location, comfy stay and would recommend.

    The actual house was nice. The parking was terrible. Very difficult to get my car up the driveway. The same with actually getting from the cars to the house. Steep with loose gravel pathway. The house was nice inside. Older but renovated quite well. It met our requirements with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

    We had a lovely stay at Attunga during Winter. There was ample space for the 8 of us. It was fresh and clean, and the wood fire warmed up 24/7 for the whole weekend. Great spot to watch for whales from the balcony.

    Just loved our 5 nights here. The house had everything we needed, and 10 min walk to the beach, pub and general store. The balcony provides a lovely spot for a cup of tea or wine with a wonderful view. Cosy fireplace kept it very warm. Highly recommend!
