Attention Derby visitors . 5,000 Sq Ft, 5 Bedroom, 41/2 baths.

We were a group of 3 couples in town for the Derby. Owner was super and communicated in a timely manner with all the information we needed. The home itself was great. We were able to spread out across three floors and each couple had their own area. Property backs up to a golf course and the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Nearby were plenty of restaurants and a grocery store. We would return without question.

The house was perfect for my EKU '87 friends and I to reconnect after years apart for the Derby. Screened in porch was our favorite, but great kitchen for preparing food and gathering, spacious bedrooms/baths, hot tub and more. Owners could not have been nicer and so helpful with our group. Hoping that we can make it back in a few years.

We absolutely ENJOYED our stay at this property. The host Dave was very accommodating and helpful during check-in and throughout our stay. He recommended nearby restaurants and stores for anything that we may have needed. Plus, the home was BEAUTIFUL with plenty of space for my family of 8. I would highly recommend this home for your next stay in Louisville, with only a short 15 min drive to Churchhill Downs if you are headed to the Derby. I am so happy that we found this location and will definitely consider staying again when we return! Thanks Dave!

Everything was very nice and very clean. I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We had 5 couples on this trip. The house was perfect from our standpoint. 5 BRs, one for each couple. Ample bathrooms for getting ready. Friday night was very nice on the back deck. Like most gatherings, a lot of time was spent in the kitchen and the spacious kitchen area was very accommodating. Our hosts were very gracious, as they provided us very relevant welcoming gifts (all the makings for mint juleps!), a letter ahead of time with recommendations on area restaurants, clean up procedures, etc., and a good touch... a small description of hole #17 on the golf course behind the house. We exchanged cell numbers and our hosts checked in after our arrival and during our stay. If we decide to do a Bucket List Replay for the Derby, this will be our first and only choice!

We used this home for a group of 11 people - all couples were able to stay comfortably in a bedroom and one person on a couch. It was great to have access to their nice kitchen and enjoy the hot tub at the end of the day. It was an easy 25 minute drive to Churchill Downs. When we make a trip to the Derby again with a large group - we would definitely stay here!
