Atlanta Spacious Haven near Downtown & BeltLine

It did not wow but was a solid option.Pros:Lots of bedrooms. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms are nice. Clean sheets and linens. Hair dryers, amenities in the bathrooms. Received a call the day ahead of time. Several messages keeping me up to date with check in. Smooth and easy.Kitchen was well-appointed, large and modern. The cleaners had obviously been there and overall, the cleanliness was good.Cons:The entire place looks TIRED. The scuff marks on the floor hit you when you first walk in. Every single wall in the place needs to be painted. This is what ruined the vibe for me. It was clean--but looked dirty because the walls were so dirty.Whatever they use to mop the floor (I am guessing a swiffer) was super sticky--on all three levels.We stayed two nights. The second night was quite hot, and the thermostat is blocked so you can only cool down to 72 degrees--which was too hot for us and definitely affected the night's sleep. I would imagine this is something you could contact the host about (again--they appeared very proactive) but we didn't stay another night so I didn't confirm that could be fixed. If it couldn't--that would be a total deal breaker for me.There is an odd placement of one old arcade game when you first walk in. Other than that, no games or activities. Well-outfitted with plenty of new televisions, but decor is extremely sparse. Overall we liked the location. Felt safe. Paint the whole place and we'd come back again.

House was clean and matched what is shown in pictures. Beds were comfortable. Ownership responded to needs as they arose. Quick on and off highway. A number of niche neighborhoods nearby for fun restaurants and shopping. Easy access to downtown.

Great house! Very spacious and clean. Kitchen was fully equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Excellent customer service and fast response.

Overall the house was fantastic. The only complaint that we had is that the kitchen was not as well stocked as every other VRBO we've stayed at. For example, we had to go out and buy a can opener and disposable pans. For the most part, our group was creative, and we made it work. We used the coffee pot as a pitcher to make rum punch since there was no pitcher. We used the pot as a bowl to mix up a box of brownies since there were no mixing bowls. Other than this, the house was perfect. We had 7 couples, so we each had our own room. Everyone was very comfortable and we all had a great time!

This property was clean and well appointed with large comfortable sleeping arrangements perfect for a family getaway. Located close to downtown and many interesting tourist spots like the aquarium and museums etc. The rental team was friendly, professional and customer service oriented.

Traveled with a group of ten youth athletes it was enough space and very comfortable. The host was very accommodating.

This house is a great for a group. It’s very clean and set-up nicely. We stayed with 13 people who were in town for a wedding, we had plenty of space for everyone and it was nice to enjoy the large common spaces together. Host was incredibly responsive and accommodating.

We were a group of 12 and had more than enough space. The house was clean, spacious and the location was great. Whenever we visit Atlanta again, we will definitely try to stay on this property.

The home was really nice. Plenty of beds and TVs in every room. There is parking in the back. Super comfortable stay. The area is real quiet and barely any traffic. Definitely would recommend.
