Stayed Aug 28, 2025Host is very proactive and helpful. The property is exactly as advertised. Perfect for large groups that want to hang with each other. Very close to downtown and other fun areas of ATL (via rideshare).

Stayed Jun 20, 2025Beautiful home with many, many amenities for family to enjoy. Rooms are nice and spacious. The theater room was a hit for movie night. We truly enjoyed our weekend stay here. Xerxes was very easy to communicate with, response time was almost immediate. If we were to come back in town, this place would definitely be on the list for a return stay.

Stayed Mar 10, 2025OMG!!! What an INCREDIBLE property! We stayed here with our youth group (7 high school students and 2 chaperones) while touring colleges in Atlanta, and this house was absolutely PERFECT for us. It had everything you could possibly want for a group of teenagers. There was ping pong, pool, foosball, shuffleboard, and even board games mounted on the kitchen wall. We had a nostalgic Pac-Man tournament that brought back so many memories, and the kids played basketball outside. It was a little too chilly to use the pool in March, but we definitely would’ve taken advantage if the weather had been warmer.We split into teams, half of us cooked, while the others handled cleanup. We grilled outside and had a beautiful family style dinner at the large table in the backyard, we made s’mores at the fire pit, and ended the evening relaxing in the hot tub. The boys were thrilled with the downstairs theater room, complete with four bunk beds and a couch, There was also another queen bedroom next door, while the girls’ rooms upstairs were just as beautiful, each with large TVs and plenty of space. The master bedroom was spacious and serene.Honestly, there was so much to do at the house that we didn’t need to plan any extra activities in the city. It was the perfect blend of fun and relaxation. Our only regret? Not having more time to enjoy it all! The décor was chic and modern, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything. This home was hands down a gem! We’ll definitely be back!

Stayed Feb 27, 2025Recently was in town to celebrate my birthday with a few of my friends. I came across this home and instantly fell in love! I knew it would be the perfect place for my friends and I to stay while in town. The host was super nice and responded quickly to any and all question I had. If I’m ever in town again I would definitely stay here again.
