Loved it! Saw dolphins swimming in the morning…

The townhouse was amazing ....clean comfortable amazing views of the channel...dolphins playing seagulls flying herons fishing ....amazing beds kitchen fully stocked just a lovely vacation....would recommend to anyone seeking a vacation to remember.

We had a beautiful stay.While staying there we saw dolphins in the bay at night. Over all we enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay again.

Water’s Edge was one of the best Home Away from Homes I’ve stayed in! It was PRISTINE…. everything you could need in a kitchen….comfy….and great views of the bay. I even got to watch dolphins swim by while I ate breakfast out on one of the balconies! Will definitely book again next year!

Lovely property close to Main Street in Chincoteague. My only complaint is that the TV is not set up for cable, only streaming. This meant that we couldn’t watch the RAVENS play their opening football game!

The condominium was exceptional. It was immaculately clean, well-appointed, and ideally located. The layout was perfectly suited for three adults, offering ample space.We particularly appreciated the peacefulness of the island setting, while still enjoying easy access to all that the town had to offer.We unanimously agreed that we would be pleased to stay there again in the future and would absolutely recommend the property to family and friends. It is truly an outstanding accommodation.

Stayed here with a group of friends for 2 nights. The pictures undersell how much space and how nice this house is. You even have a 2-car garage, plus a parking space. Overall great for a few night's stay and good for family/friend groups.

Property was exactly like it showed in the pictures. There was a loud fan noise in the attic that maintenance was unable to resolve but we still had a great time.

We were a group of 5 adult family members (Ages 24-63) and stayed for 7 days for a family vacation in mid June. “At the Water’s Edge” was beautiful and looked even better than the pictures! We loved sitting out on the decks looking at the water, birds, boats etc. It was so peaceful and stunning! The place was immaculately clean and the beds so comfortable. Check in and out were simple and the key pad so easy. We had a couple very minor issues with a stuck lock and empty propane when we first got there, but the realty company was so quick to respond and send maintenance right over. We had a great time and were sad to leave. We would definitely stay here again. Don’t miss it!

My Mom, Aunt and I have a yearly girls trip to somewhere we have never been before. This place did not disappoint. There was plenty of room for all three of us. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, feeling the breeze and fresh air. Very clean and comfortable. Chincoteague is a very cute little town with unique shopping places and plenty to do outside. We ventured over to the Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge and was able to view the wild horses. Pretty amazing watching them in their natural habitat. I would definitely recommend this particular home to friends and family if they come visit this area.

This property is fantastic! There was plenty of room for 5 adults and we loved the location on the channel. We cooked all of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. I would stay here again.

The home is beautiful! We spent many hours on the decks enjoying the amazing views and lingering over dinner around the fire table. I would definitely recommend a stay here and would book this property again.

Fantastic location! Everything as advertised, newer townhome with tasteful decor. Clean and bonus inclusion of towels and linens. Very spacious and didn’t feel cramped. Ample parking. Prime location.

We had a great stay at this property on Marsh Island Good location, only 7 mins to the beach and 5 mins to Main Street. Very good view of the the small town Chincoteague over the water. We will definitely book again

Overall check in went well; however, later that evening we returned from dinner to discover someone had entered the unit leaving evidence of their presence. We were frightened & disturbed by the unknown entry that no one could explain. We believe the checkin code WAS NOT changed from previous/renters. There is much more to this incident, but I’m thankful to say we stayed and enjoyed family time in this beautiful unit. The property manager/staff responded quickly to the incident detailed above and other concerns that came up during our stay; they were friendly and professional. The views from the unit are amazing; the 3 flights of stairs were unexpected - they may have been noted- I don’t recall, but my husband and mother tackled them like rock stars. The pictures are on point and showcase the unit accurately. Our first visit to Chincoteague; we will return , not to this property bc of stairs, if you’re good with the flight of stairs which meet you at entry and take you up to the main floor and the bedrooms two more flights up , this place is lovely.
