    The house had dust for days, on the wall of the showers, over the door frames. The dust was so thick, i showed the man that came to measure blinds that i sent pics where a dig had chewed them so they wouldn't say it was from us because we didn't have a dog. THEY COULD HAVE WAITED UNTIL WE LEFT TO MEASURE THE BLINDS. The kitchen chairs felt like you were gonna fall through the seat of them when you sit down. Springs hanging out the bottom of those chairs also. Baseboards nasty, broken blinds in the bedrooms. Couldn't walk on the floors with your shoes off, or your feet would me dirty. Ceiling fans where HORRIBLE ALSO. The good thing was everything was within walking distance and the beds were comfortable. I WILL NEVER STAY AT ANY PROPERTY OWNED BY POOLE PROPERTY. DEFINITELY WAS NOT WORTH THE MONEY THEY CHARGED.

    Biggest takeaway is the 3rd bedroom with the bunk beds is located on the 1st floor away from other bedrooms. If you have small kids, it’s not a good option as they would be away from the second floor with no inside stairs. The 3rd bedroom has no where to put clothes except the floor. If bringing pets, keep in mind the yard has a ton of stickers so it may hurt their paws. The rest of the house was nice and met our needs. It was clean and ready for check in quickly.

    The house looked exactly like the listing. It was conveniently located within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. The management company was quick to respond to any issues. The owner owns the house across the street also. He was there doing maintenance on the other house and noticed our WiFi wasn't working and came over and tried to fix the issue and when he couldn't, he provided us with a different WiFi. The weather was bad out first day there and we decided to add another day to our trip. Luckily the house was available for that day and the management company made extending our stay very quick and easy. We were very happy with our stay.
