AspenGrove Lodge: cabin on 2acres, views, wildlife, 5min to ski/lake/golf/hike

Beautiful property with tons of wildlife. To many amenities to list. Special attention paid to every little detail. Everything was stocked over and above. A perfect place to come and stay and play. We did not want to leave!

Our family of 6 (parents and 4 kids ranging from 11-18) had an excellent time in Angel Fire. The lodge was clean and very well stocked with all household supplies. The owners were very responsive any time I asked a question. Upon our stay, a huge storm came in and we were unable to get out of the driveway and the owners contacted the plow and they were there within 15 minutes. Short drive (5-10 minutes) to Angel Fire ski resort. 4 wheel drive vehicle was definitely a benefit to our stay in and out due to the weather.

We stayed at Aspen Grove in mid October and it was incredible!! Cabin is perfect; quiet and peaceful. Fire pit was a highlight and perfect for family time every night. Cabin had perfect family spaces and great wifi. Tons of amenities and great hiking trails close to the cabin. Glenn was accessible and very kind. Perfect for our family (5 kids from ages 17-7). Thanks Glenn!!!

My family was comfortable and we really enjoyed the ample outdoor space!

If you're looking for a great cabin in Angel fire, you need to stay here. The views are spectacular and the little touches by the owners really made our trip amazing. Our kids loved all of the animals on the property. We had deer visit nightly and there were quite a few chipmunks and even a baby bunny that the kids loved. Great rate and this cabin really was the highlight of our trip to New Mexico!

My family and I stayed here right after Christmas. The home was decorated for the Holidays, which added an element of coziness and fun for us. They even had twinkle lights in the bedrooms, which my preschool aged kids absolutely loved. Beds and furniture were comfortable, kitchen was big enough to have several of us in there at once, and we were warm throughout the cabin at all times. The loft area was spacious and had games, toys, and media options. Great place to stay.

Aspen Grove provide the perfect relaxing vacation. The home is newly updated and well equipped for a large family. Very comfortable rooms with ample room to connect and spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and provide family meals. The views from the property were picturesque and one of our favorite activities was watching and interacting with the abundant wildlife. We had a flock of turkeys and families of deer visit daily. Our daughter enjoyed feeding them up close with the corn provided at the house! We love staying in the country club area of angel fire due to perks like this! The slopes are easy access but the home was far enough away to feel like we were in a remote wilderness. We will definitely check for availability on a future trip. I can not say enough wonderful things about the cabin and it’s owners. I have stayed in a variety of cabins over the years but never one as equipped as Aspen Grove. Not only are the owners incredibly nice but they have truly thought of everything. From the incredibly sweet welcome gift and Christmas card to the stocked pantry containing herbs, Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and more. There was also a washing machine and even detergent on site which came in very helpful as we were traveling with an infant who took great pleasure in covering himself in food and each meal time! Put it this way, those little nuances that always arise when staying away from home simple don’t when at this cabin because everything has been thought of and catered too. We rented the cabin a few days before Christmas and to our surprise and delight the cabin had been decorated for the holidays complete with Christmas tree and stockings. The kids (and the adults) were thrilled. The location of the cabin is great, about a 5 minute drive from the slopes and the village and the owners even have sledges available for use, again a great hit with all ages. Beds were fantastic and the cabin over all was cozy and inviting. I could go on but I think you get the picture :) I really can’t say enough good things about Aspen Grove and it’s owners. We can not wait to plan our next trip back!

The house was very nice and was very well stocked with supplies. The owners thought of everything you would need on a vacation, you may not have remembered to bring (anything from bug spray to a well stocked pantry with several different spices). Our family had a wonderful, peaceful, and relaxing week. Thank you!
