This home is walking distance to Legends Events Center/Midtown Park and right down South College from Texas A&M University (Literally, one turn and you are at the Texas A&M campus...2 miles). The home and the location could not be better for access to all things Texas A&M, tournaments at the Legends Event Center, Top Golf...and you can even walk to the new Schulman Theater and catch a movie. It truly doesnot get better than this in Bryan/College Station. Guests love our beds...3 of the bedrooms have comfy KING beds and the fourth has two comfy Queens and a TV. The home also features a washer and dryer for your convenience. Oh and yeah...enjoy the Southern porches!

Perfect place for our group for Aggie game weekend! Lots of space and good location close to campus. My only complaint, and it’s not really a complaint but more of a suggestion, is the Wi-Fi is not good at all. We kept getting kicked off and had to use our hotspots to watch TV at all. Like I said not necessarily a complaint just for information purposes only. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

We had a great experience at this property. It was extremely clean and new. Very comfortable furniture and well stocked kitchen. The layout was perfect for our family group. The property contact was quick to respond to any questions. The location was close to the sports facilities and had lots of dining options nearby. Be aware that the only televisions are in the living room and one upstairs bedroom. The internet connection was lagging at times so it wasn’t ideal for online work or multiple users. There was some road noise in the early morning if you are sleeping in the upstairs bedroom connected to the porch. There was no noise from the other units or neighbors. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future.
