Ashore Thing | Beach Cottage w/ Deeded Beach Access + Pool

Beds comfortable, close to many places , a walk across street to beach, love the house very clean, no issues with the house at all

The property management company checked in multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. House was exactly as pictured showed. Walk to the beach is about 5-7 mins. Overall great stay!

My family of 8 stayed here and it was perfect. House was clean, great location to restaurants, close to a bike rental, and short walk to the beach. I would take a wagon or something next time to load all chairs/umbrellas/towels, etc. into. We had plenty of people to carry things so it wasn’t a big deal but with little ones you may need a wagon. All beach items you need are there so that was nice! Body boards, chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. The house was just as described, the beds were comfortable and my teen boys stayed in the bunk beds

Perfect for the family stairs a little tricky for small kids pool was perfect place had everything you needed The beach was a little further then I thought more of a 5 minute walk but that was with small children.. overall stay was great would recommend this place

Rented the house for 2 adults and 6 grandchildren. We all were comfortable and there was plenty of room.

Location of the property was very good for beach access. As older adults, we used it for a home base to travel to nearby sites. Navigating the steps outside and inside may be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. There is no bedroom on first floor. The property was clean and spacious.

Great space. Clean and nice, as advertised and better than the photos. Perfect location, especially for those traveling with teenagers - close to beach and main/downtown area. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. Bring plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, sponges, dish soap, etc.This is the second time renting a property from iTrip and they are very easy to work with and responsive. Will rent from them again.

Great place to stay. Needed to have more toels and extra blankets ,but would definitely stay again.

The Cottage felt very cozy and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here and plan on booking again in the future.

The only thing I would change is all the beds. Every time you move all the beds squeak which makes for a long night when you sleep in the room with someone that moves a lot or at all. Pillows were on the flat side. Other than that everything was perfect! Everyone was responsive and easy to talk with. The walk to beach was not bad at all. The pool area was nice. I would most definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home with everything you need for a great vacation. Short walk to the beach and great pool.

When we arrived at 4, the property still needed to be cleaned (we had made reservations like two days before) so I wasn’t upset. The manager was great and cleaning company was wonderful as soon as I let them know it wasn’t ready. They did everything including bringing more people over to get the place cleaned up faster. It was me, my husband, a ten year old, 16 year old, and 23 year old with her husband and three year old. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and rejuvenate. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The bedrooms were simple and perfect for our needs, we really liked the mattresses. The walk to the beach was short and easy, around five minutes with waiting for the light to change at the crosswalk. We had a beach wagon that made it simple to take our beach gear back and forth. We found the discounts on activities to be helpful and so easy to book with the link. Definitely would stay at this property again!

Over all very good. One strange thing, the dish washer and garbage disposal can not both be plugged in to operate at the same time. The bottom plug is for the garbage disposal since it has the switch on it. When it is plugged in, the dish washer can not be plugged into the top one because it has a right angle plug and it interferes with the bottom one. Additionally, we left a hair dyer in one of the upstairs rooms. Can we get it back? Thanks
