This is an amazing home in the heart of Asheville yet carefully placed upon the natural mountainside off Town Mountain Rd. The home is perfect for a family gathering, a retreat with friends, or for a relaxing space to take in the mountain views. With three master suites, a theater room/Pub, billiards room, library, huge eat in kitchen overlooking the clouds and four levels of living space you won’t want to leave! There is so much room in this home everyone can enjoy privacy or gather for family fun.

The main floor houses the formal living room with fireplace and baby grand piano, library, kitchen, laundry room and king suite with private balcony. Off the kitchen and living room, you can enjoy the sunrise or sunset from the wrap around upper deck. The deck features lounge chairs and a dining table and chairs. We have a gas BBQ grill to keep you outside enjoying the view while you cook.

The theater room is located off the main level on the left wing of the house, and is equipped with a projection screen, and surround sound system for the ultimate theater experience. Enjoy the murals painted by the same local artist who painted Asheville Pizza. The experience is truly unique and truly Asheville. There is a half bath and bar so you will not need to leave once the movie starts! We have TONS of movies to choose from or you can stream any of your personal favorite shows from your device or login. The theater room also has 4 twin beds for overflow sleeping if needed (can sleep 4 guests), and also has toy bins full of Lego bricks and toys for the kids and makes for a popular overflow sleeping area for children. Two provided queen airbeds fit nicely in the theater room as well.

The second story is accessible from the main level off the foyer. This level has one queen bed bedroom and one queen bed bedroom with an additional twin bed (sleeps 3). There is a full bath located between the two rooms.

The lower level has 2 king master suites with full baths, a private double bedroom, a billiards room and second pub, a living room area, and a covered deck with a 6 person hot tub and sweeping mountain views. You will find many games and puzzles in this area as well as a large screen TV.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and cookware for a Thanksgiving feast! The 60 gas range with double oven and two full size refrigerators are a real bonus in the gourmet spacious kitchen. You will not need to bring a thing to enjoy this home! if you are interested in a personal chef for a special meal, we can provide a list of in home chef services for you to contact.

All linens, towels, paper products and cleaning supplies are provided. We also have two queen air mattresses for additional sleeping if needed. For those traveling with babies we provide two portable cribs and two highchairs.
