This is one of the best homes I’ve have ever stayed at. We travel quite a bit and like to rent houses over hotel rooms. We also have vacation property. All details are thoughtfully considered- esp if you’re a large group for a beach vacation. Beach towels, chairs, surf and boogie boards, everything is provided. The house is gorgeous and very comfortable. Truly 5 star and upscale as well as family and kid friendly. This was our second visit to Casa Solana and I am confident it will not be our last. In fact our family started planning our next trip days before this one concluded. My favorite part about the house is the beach. It’s sooo private and you do not feel like you’re in Cocoa Beach at all. The back yard and beach offers seclusion and once you leave the house you’re amidst all you could want or need- shopping, restaurants, etc. the layout of the house enables privacy with most bedrooms being en-suite with king size beds and full bathrooms. Ten people can stay and no one is on an air mattress or sofa bed.

The house was great and the host was very responsive and helpful. The house was well stocked and everything was easy to navigate.

This property is well maintained and provides a stunning view of the ocean as well as easy access to the beach. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely stunning stay! This beachfront house was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unbeatable location—literally steps from the sand. You can hear the waves from the porch, and the view is breathtaking.The house is beautifully decorated, spacious, and truly feels like a luxury retreat. It was perfect for our family trip—plenty of room for both adults and kids to spread out and relax. The best part? We didn’t have to lug a single thing to the beach. The house came fully stocked with everything: beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and even toys for the kids. It made packing and daily outings so easy.This would also be the ultimate girls’ weekend spot. With the beach at your doorstep, cozy spots to sip wine and chat, and all the amenities you could possibly need, it strikes the perfect balance between fun and relaxing.Truly a top-tier stay—we’re already talking about booking it again. Highly, highly recommend!

The house and property are absolutely beautiful! Communication with the host was great and all questions were answered quickly. There were so many extras at this house that far surpassed our expectations. Our group (ages 11-83) thoroughly enjoyed the house, beach and location!

This house is absolutely perfect! Comfy, cozy, beautifully decorated AND so well stocked with your every desire. We couldn’t say enough good things about this place. No one wanted to leave! It really was perfect!

Everything was clean. Lots of beach toys

Perfect house for our entire family and our host was so incredibly responsive. The host thought of everything - toiletries in every bathroom, plenty of kitchen and cooking items, games, cornhole, wood for the firepit, beach toys, umbrellas, towels and a wagon to take it to the beach! Every bed was super comfy, lots of seating and dining areas for us to gather and reconnect. Beautiful backyard for playing cornhole, swinging on the swing and sitting around the firepit. And of course proximity to the beach was perfect, allowing family to come and go during the day. You will have to drive to Cocoa for restaurants and activities, but we found we much preferred to stay at the house with our entire family. Bottom line, a gorgeous beach house well worth the cost and awesome host. We will absolutely rent this house again!

Very clean and very beautiful property

nice and clean place, very well equipped, nice location and Marie was a big help with problems. However, you all really need to work on entry protocol, too much technology, my crew waited an hour to get in.

We booked this property to bring together multiple families from the southeast to celebrate two birthdays in the family. The property was exactly what I was looking for...lots of communal gathering spaces, both indoor and out, and plenty of space for all 11 of us. The kitchen has three (!) coffee makers, so everyone could make what they wanted. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you for making our stay so special!

This location is absolutely phenomenal! The place was immaculately clean, and everything you need is at your fingertips, directly on the beachfront. It’s an excellent getaway. The proprietors responded quickly—absolutely dynamite location!
