Good beds, well stocked kitchen, clean baths-the home is historic and funky charmer. This art collection is really something special. Highly recommend this home. The roads were not plowed after the heavy snow but the driveway and sidewalks were cleaned! Nice!

Great yard & park for kids, but house was not as advertised and needed a serious deep-clean.Positives • Directly across from a neighborhood park. • Fenced back yard where our small kids could play safely. • Convenient to groceries, restaurants and main Denver routes; easy parking.Key issues 1. *Only one real bedroom.* Listing says “3 bedrooms,” but only the primary suite has a door with open transom above. The second “bedroom” is a walk-through sitting area with a trundle bed and no door; you must cross it to reach the third bed, which is separated only by a curtain. Host privately acknowledged this after we booked, but we didn't see this message until the end of our trip. 2. *Cleanliness below basic standard.* Arrived to previous guest’s trash and food on the floor. Heavy chemical smell hid unpleasant odor. Bathtub had grime and scum debris. Stained carpets, rugs, pillows and comforters, thick dust on ceiling-fan blades, ashes outside fireplace, spiders and cobwebs in many corners. A/C unit leaked onto the upstairs hallway floor; several walls have peeling paint and deep cracks. 3. Photos appear carefully angled to avoid showing the open layout or missing doors; some furniture now differs from pictures. We reported the trash within minutes of arrival and received only an apology. A detailed follow-up message about all issues went unanswered.Bottom line: not recommended for families or anyone looking for privacy and cleanliness.

Charming old Victorian home that could use a little bit of love to make it a must go back to location. The management company was very responsive and after the stay I shared with them some issues with the property. They were sending over a maintenance team to take care of the maintenance related items, which should have an immediate impact on the experience. It does feel like it needs a deep cleaning but the management company said one was just done. It’s just decades of old settled in. I’m not sure that explains it all. I recommend moving some furniture and getting along the floor boards. Absolutely loved the location and ability to walk around the blocks. The house is surprisingly quiet and with windows open upstairs had great airflow.

The location was super convenient to nightlife and sporting events. The owners of the house have clearly put a lot of effort into maintaining and improving this property while retaining the historical feel and introducing their artistic sensibilities. We enjoyed patronizing the neighborhood small busineses for breakfast and dinner. The house was very clean. For those of you who like privacy, before you rent please check with owner about the setup which makes the bedrooms less private than the typical property. pcommon sitting areadoor
