Stayed Feb 12, 2026The house was clean and welcoming. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Mostly everything was functional. The problem I faced was during check-in. The entry code given to me was incorrect, because of which I faced some embarrassment since I was hosting my friend’s family and they weren’t able to get in. Luckily assistant Katrina was able to help. Two functional issues were that the faucet in the first floor bathroom had very little water flow and one of the burners on the stove wasn’t working. Overall everyone had a great stay at Artsy home. Thanks!

Stayed Sep 13, 2025House was very clean as pictured. We wanted to be near Vietnamese area so we loved the location. Very comfortable beds. Excellent water pressure in showers. Host was responsive. Would rent again next time we're in the area.

Stayed Dec 22, 2024Over priced for the neighborhood but good value. It’s in the humble part of town but it’s quiet. The neighbors are nice and the house itself is beautiful. Not sure why the towel racks are all missing and the kitchen could use new utensils. But besides that, it was nice.

Stayed Jan 7, 2024We attended a game at NRG stadium and although fairly outside of downtown, it was quite convenient. Communication was outstanding, easy checkin process, clean and accurate listing. Terrific value.
