Artisan-Built Home in Garden Oasis

We absolutely loved our stay - what an amazing property. The details in the build of the house, the artwork, the gorgeous pool area & gardens, the breezy indoor/outdoor living. Our family loved every minute & we are planning our next stay (longer one this time!). Made & Juli were so lovely & helpful as well.

Our stay here was wonderful! The property was beautiful, and the host and their staff were all kind, helpful, and responsive. The villa is a short walk from multiple cafes, and was about a 15 minute walk from Ubud Center. If we ever come back to Ubud, we will definitely stay here again.

This property completely undersells its experience. I wish there were 10 stars to rate it. The whole check in experience and nurturing of our group was the authentic Balinese Ubud experience. The exterior of the house does not photograph well but is again fabulous and virtually neighbouring Yellow Flower Cafe. We felt that we were living the...I had a home in Ubud ... dream. The foliage is that of a botanical garden attracting many birds. You are completely sheltered cocooned away from the sound of any traffic. The setting is extremely serene- the property and bedrooms are Incredibly spacious with balconies and ensuite. Architectural features with a surprise turret reading/chill space giving you a 360 above rooftop view. This home is understated and very suited to those who long for the Ubud of yesteryear. Close to all walks, restaurants, yoga spaces etc. Highly recommend!

Lovely stay, I was with 4 others. I invited my girlfriend, my mom, and her parents over to this villa. It's like a 5 star glamping experience. No AC but nice ceiling fans. Only downside was the first night when from the earlier rain the beds (which for the most part were nice and comfy) were a little damp. The wood carving throughout the house was lovely and was fun just wandering around the property seeing all of it from the bed frames to the doors to even near the restrooms.The sounds of nature were nice with frogs and geckos at night and birds and some monkeys during the daytime.The staff and Drivers. Ketut, Made, and Juli were all amazing and made the trip all that more special. (Especially when I later proposed to my We went to very nearby restaurant Yellow Flower Cafe and distant Wedja Restaurant. Both were nice.

This villa is absolutely stunning! Every part of it is gorgeous, the garden, the pool, the furnishings- just lovely. Pool and garden was cleaned daily, house cleaned every 3 days but water provided whenever needed. I absolutely loved this area, stunning to explore and lots of options for food easily (including vegan options). But don’t take the stairs lightly- there is a lot of them and it is the only way the property can be accessed by car. There is a closer path accessible by scooters only. I found the stairs beautiful but access can be hard especially with luggage. I was slightly nervous about no air conditioning- but the property was super comfortable and cool - the fans, mosquitoe nets etc worked really well. Some things to be aware of; this is definitely only 3 bedroom house, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are quite interconnected for instance bedrooms connected by stairs and without the ability to close a door between and the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms can see into each other. So if privacy is really important to your group consider carefully. We had a really, really lovely stay here that I will treasure forever, thank you so much!

Beautiful property in a great location out of the hassle of Ubud center . House is little outdated and needs some love Needs Termites treatment asap and replace the very old toilets .

Ruamh Cinta is an amazing villa in private, tranquil setting close to central Ubud. Indoor/Outdoor spaces flow perfectly and there are multiple places to relax. No need for air conditioning. We were very comfortbale with just the fans. There is a well stocked grocery store down the walking path and several excellent places to eat nearby. The staff is outstanding, very responsive and worked as a team. Brooke provided WhatsApp contacts so we could arrange transport for several of our party coming from and going to various parts. Nandito Kadek was our main driver for these trip and he also took us on a fantastic tour of artisan workshops and temples around Ubud. We were all impressed by how he navigated Bali traffic patiently and flawlessly. Juli was also an excellent, safe driver. Made took great care of us at the villa. Overall a really great stay. We highly recommend.

Beautiful villa in a quiet neighborhood with close proximity to an awesome cafe. Amazing rooftop views.

Villa is an 11 of 10 - minus the Air Conditioning makes an even 10 :) Our family had an amazing stay, travelling with children ages 13 and 11. The property is sprawling, plenty of room, and the ceiling fans brought plenty of breeze to in each room. Thank you, Brooke and team - hope to be back!

Brooke is a tremendous and gracious host. Staff is great. House is beyond compare, and very private. Pool is top notch. Neighborhood is good and safe. Motorcycle, although not required, will really help you make the most out of the area and Ubud in general because the walk to the main town or anywhere out of the neighborhood gets to be a bit much imho. That said, I look forward to staying here again.
