A bright and breezy 2 bedroom 2.5 bath private Key West house rental is located in the prestigious Admiral's Lane neighborhood of the Truman Annex. This property is within walking distance of all Old Town Key West has to offer along with the beautiful beach at Fort Zachary Taylor State Park and the nightly festivities in Mallory Square.
Artist Garden is a delightful home with an open floor plan on the main level. A roomy kitchen with granite countertops opens into the dining and living areas. Bright colors and unique artwork give this home a wonderful flair. Off the living and dining area, two sets of French doors reveal a large private deck with plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the fabulous Key West breezes. The patio is fenced and a perfect place to relax with friends and family, sip a margarita, enjoy a casual dinner and prepare for the evening entertainment.
Located on the second floor you will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a full bath en-suite. The guest room is located down the hall and has twin beds and access to the second bath just outside the room.
A shared swimming pool just steps away, with sparkling waters and chairs to lounge while soaking up the sunshine.
Key West is the place to visit the lively nightlife and relax in the historic charm, flamboyance, and conch-style architecture that early Bahamian settlers made famous. - This home is on a monthly pest control schedule. The area of Key West is home to many insects such as termites, no-see-ums, and mosquitos. Pest control can not eliminate these insects during the swarming season. You may also encounter geckos, lizards, iguanas, frogs, and chickens during your stay in the area.
- Key West is a resort island where renovation of existing historic properties, new construction, and road repair sometimes occur without forewarning. AvantStay is not liable for any guest inconveniences caused due to construction in the area.
- Please be aware that the locked-up bike belongs to the owner and is not available for guest use.

Parking Details:
One parking space in a covered garage
No large trucks, trailers, mobile homes, vans, campers, or similar vehicles shall be parked in the Truman Annex.
Motorcycles and scooters must be parked in the parking lot and not on sidewalks or porches.
All vehicles parked within the community must either have a permanent parking sticker or a temporary parking pass (obtained at the Security Guardhouse).
All others will be subject to ticketing and towing.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

Very Clean and Comfortable to lounge in the living room with my family. Just a short walk to be in the middle of the Duval Party scene.
I’ve rented many times in Key West but Artist Garden is the best so far. Love the art in the unit and the furniture and furnishings are very comfortable. Great location to everything. You feel secluded and safe and so relaxed in this home away from home. We loved our week here.

Tucked away from the madding crowd, it provides a quiet retreat from all of the wonderful-ness that is Key West, and it is an easy walk to many of Key West's attractions and restaurants. The shared pool is small but certainly large enough to cool off in. The kitchen is a good size for Truman Annex (albeit small) and the outdoor grill was a real bonus for the night we cooked in. There is no complaining in paradise, but it could use a few teaspoons and a few more coffee cups. It is exactly as it appears in the pictures. Would definitely rent this one again!

Great location and lovely property. As said in other reviews the post office right behind is noisy early morning with trucks. We are early risers though so it didn’t bother us.
