We did not feel safe in this neighborhood.. When we first arrived we couldn't get in because the access info was never sent to us. After many attempts we finally got ahold of someone to send our info. Walking in the door the house was cold and the heat would not work. The downstairs heat never worked and management did nothing to fix it. All the rooms were dirty especially the kitchen. There were no cleaning supplies so we had to go buy them in order to use the kitchen. The beds were terrible and the sheets smelled like a weird chemical. The towels smelled musty as though they were not cleaned properly. This caused my family much distress staying in this very worn out house that needs a very deep cleaning. When talking to the management, she was rude and told us she didnt care. Go anywhere but here.
This home was perfect for our visit to the Raleigh/Durham area. My husband and I brought our two dogs along, who loved playing the large back yard with privacy fencing. The house is very clean, spacious, and adorably decorated. The host was very accommodating, helping us reserve an early check in with short notice for a nominal fee. Although some restaurants are within walking distance, we opted to drive into Durham, which was easy to do with lots of parking in the city. Would book again!
This house was very comfortable and roomy. Nice fenced in back yard for the fur babies. Excellent amenities including large walk-in shower. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again.
This house was everything we expected and more. It is impeccably and comfortably designed. The kitchen is wonderful with a very large island open to the comfortable Family room complete with fireplace. An unexpected butlers pantry and bar area leads right from the kitchen to the dining room. We had family over for dinner and everyone loved the house, including the deck in the fenced in backyard. The only suggestion I would have is adding a few more kitchen essentials ( cutting board, large pasta pot, garlic press). Communication with Katherine was easy and prompt. We would definitely stay here again.
House was as described. Seemed like it was recently renovated - everything seemed new! We were a group of 5 in town for the Duke reunion weekend. We didn't spend too much time at the house, but it was very comfortable and laid out well for a small group.
Host was incredibly kind and responsive. Would stay here again. Enjoyed the proximity to town and it was very clean.
I love the stay !
