Ideal location short walk to At&T stadium. Nice roomy house with updated appliances. Quiet area centrally located to many activities and attractions. Will definitely rent again.

Very nice townhouse. It’s decorated well, it makes you feel warm and cozy. They have everything you need. Great colors and updated. The garage is open so you can park your car inside. I would 100% stay here again

Great condo! Close to Six Flags, ATT stadium and Globe Life Field. Condo needs new carpet/paint- but otherwise very nice. Loved having a garage and balcony. Property group was easy to work with and responsive.

My kids loved the space and that it was 2 stories. The kitchen floor wasn’t mopped/clean when we arrived. No hand soap at any of the sinks and only 1 paper towel roll. No kitchen towels to dry hands so that roll of paper towels went quickly. There is literally nothing in the house to make it feel like a home away from home. The house had plenty of room for our kids to stretch out. We have stayed at many rental homes and although the house is beautiful and new it was bare bones. Not the best if using to cook and take care of family—just a place to shower and sleep.

This stay was perfect for our weekend plans and would be perfect for those looking to take in the best that Arlington has to offer. Great floor plan allowed us to spread out and come together as a family. The home was clean, furnishings and supplies were mostly typical of rentals. Our primary complaint was simply would have liked to have extra towels... especially hand towels, they were limited to one per bathroom. There were no kitchen towels or wash rags other than paper towels (thin) and kitchen sponge which made after meal clean up challenging.There was some road noise from busy street outside, but it was not problematic at bedtime. Master bedroom was great with one exception, bright streetlight lit up room. :(Would definitely recommend this property

Great for going to AT&T stadium

We felt like the house itself was beautiful, but it could have been cleaned a little more. There were dead bugs on the floor that did not look like it was swept mopped. Bare minimum on supplies like toielt paper and other essentials. Also would have been nice to have a broom/dust pan.

Our overall stay was Okay! Upon arrival, the host did not want to provide the address until the day of. My husband had already paid in Full and we had a 8 hour drive. While we were there, someone had access to the home. He entered the garage code and started walking inside the garage towards the door. Luckily , my husband and I heard the garage and my husband stopped the man from coming in. My husband asked who are you ? He stated he was the Trash person! The Trash can was outside the garage. There was no need for him to enter the code and walk inside. I reached out to the host and advised we were unaware someone coming to the home. The host stated it was the maintenance guy and etc. We did not submit anything wrong with the home for maintenance to come by! I also stated , the man said he was the trash person and not maintenance! The host disregarded our safety and concern. The entire stay after that just felt unsafe! The home was dressed up well , however there were roaches in the kitchen at night. Also, we could not enjoy the television downstairs due to a USB display that would not exit from the bottom of the screen!

This VRBO was such an oasis for us. We needed a last minute space to stay and the property management company was so easy to work with. The space is great in itself, large rooms, great bathrooms & kitchen, there is even a full-length mirror in the master closet for getting dressed. Very easy to walk to all the amenities in downtown Arlington, no car/Uber needed. We enjoyed local coffee joints, tiki lounges, amazing BBQ at Hurtado, and it's walking distance from a Crossfit gym, too. If you have pets this spot is great for them as well. I really liked that we had a good kitchen to cook breakfasts in as well. Overall this is such a wonderful place to stay, so book it! We ended up needing to extend our stay by a few days and the property management company was so easy to work with to make that happen. 10/10

We came for a concert at Globe Life field. This rental is in a great location compared to ATT stadium and Globe life. Quick access to interstate to go towards Fort Worth for stockyard adventures too!

Great townhouse minutes from all of the stadiums. Great place to stay when in town for a concert.

Super cute condo. Has a lot of wear and tear and could use some paint and carpet. Some lights were burnt out in bathrooms and garage light didn't work, no bedroom ceiling fan controls. Upstairs bathrooms were super nice. Downstairs main TV didn't work, but we let management know right away and they responded quickly. Was in a good location to walk to some of the restaurants. We'd stay again next year for the volleyball tournament if it got a little sprucing up.
