Port Saint Joe, Florida
This waterfront 3/3 is newly updated and ready for guests. Views of St Vincent from one side and of Indian Pass Lagoon on the other. It doesn't get much better than this!
2 miles from the world famous Indian Pass Raw Bar. 200 yards from the Indian Pass boat ramp!
With 1,680 sqft heated and 3,144 sqft including decks, the 2 screened porches, a sun porch and direct beach access make for great outdoor time. The open living/dining kitchen area with views all around make indoor time a breeze. There is even a shuffle board table!
3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms.
Unit does need some updating - I would suggest curtains on the sliding glass doors that face the bay view - will help cut down on the heat and the AC will not have to work that hard - sliding doors on the gulf side were hard to open and close and wanted to jump off the track - overall the stay was great and the unit served our purpose - would recommend it to any one want to stay at Indian Pass.
The property was very nice and quiet. We loved the privacy and location. The property manager was very helpful and responsive about questions.
Our stay was wonderful! The house is nice and the beach is just a few steps away.
Very secluded, good beach location. We enjoyed our stay. One negative, the beach was one that vehicles could run on, which was very annoying & a bit unsafe making the serenity and ambiance less enjoyable.
We enjoyed our stay very much! Home could use some care but the beautiful views make up for it. The shuffleboard table was perfect for nighttime competition. The close proximity to great food made our stay even more enjoyable!
The house is a cool fun house and a great location. Check in lacked communication. Almost didn’t have it ready for us because of adding a day … but it was ok . We all agree it needs “ a redo “ .. lack of towels , bedding was cheap , shower in hall really needs a door ! Sofas and chairs need a good cleaning . New pots and pans ( they don’t sit on stove flat any more) Now the positive was the space was great , floor plan works well with 2 families with kids . Beach equipment was great to have and the beach was easy to get to and from . We hope to come back again !! Thank you
Beautiful location, great accommodations, and lots of room. Not a place for those with limited mobility. There are steps up, down, across the property. I’m a leg amputee and struggled at times with the number of stairs, nobody else had problems. The sunrises and sunsets from the rear deck were breathtaking. I had coffee every morning and watched the sun rise. The only negative, only for me, steps.
It was great until the HVAC stopped working. Parking is limited but the boat dock is within walking distance which is a plus for us. We caught a BIG (40 lbs) Red drum fish, crabs, and Flounder. The water in the back is not good for swimming current is strong and the water is deep.
Great place for fishing bring ur boat ,boat launch is walking distance !
The size of the property was perfect for nine of us (4 adults 5 kids). The only issue we had was with the air conditioner and the owners contacted their AC guy who came out twice to address the problem. The home is older, the back sun deck was closed off with caution tape due to some rotten boards. The beach is very private. We drove to the beach at cape San Blas two days so our kids could ride some bigger waves with their boogy boards. Love the area! Lots of good places to eat and the town is so cute.
Great stay. Short walk to the beach. Very comfortable.
Clean and as advertised.
Gorgeous beach, quiet and protected from the rougher open ocean. The barrier island was a great backdrop. We saw a bald eagle, a pod of dolphins, and countless other natural beauty. The house is not luxurious, but it was clean & had everything we needed. The real treat here is the proximity to the ocean. The owner promptly responded to one AC issue & had it repaired within hours. The bath towels provided are not great- bring your own! You also need to bring all toiletries (but this is noted in the listing). We were glad we brought drinking water, as FL tap water has a sulfurous taste. Go to Indian Pass Trading Post- we had a fabulous meal & enjoyed karaoke on the outdoor stage!
House was just what we needed. It felt a bit bigger than it looked in pictures. There was lots of space to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The beach was quiet and we had lots of space to play and watch the wildlife (pelicans, seagulls, heron, other water birds).
