Stayed Jul 24, 2025We were surprised to find out that the host does not allow children in the property. Prior comments indicated this is a great family home. This may be on us, but when we searched for listings, we never changed the default search as two adults. We have had several successful rentals by selecting homes that fit our family size. In this case the pricing was by person and the host says he would have rejected the rental with children. We had never encountered this before. The host began to harass us about this...sending us photos from his hidden cams to prove the points. The host accused me of trespassing on a neighbor's property. I was greeting a friend of mine renting next door! The property looks good in photos but is poorly appointed. The furnishings are very stark. We had to buy a grill, cooking utensils, dishwasher soap and paper towels. The listing says a grill is provided. We moved out of the property early. We felt very uncomfortable in this property. Never experienced this in a VRBO before.

Stayed Jun 27, 2025The property was spacious, clean, and perfect for our gathering. The location at the end of a cul de sac also meant that we didn't have to worry about traffic when the children played outside. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to host a larger group.
