Very clean home with everything we needed and a great location, just a short walk to the beach. The host communicated very well before and throughout our stay and was easy to get in touch with. Our group of 12 stayed very comfortably here!

We had a large group staying together in this property and we had a wonderful experience! The house was very clean and the host was very communicative. House was more well stocked than most places I’ve stayed and the pool was great. The kids spent hours in this pool. The location couldn’t be any better either. Walking distance to the beach and Pompano Joe’s. I would absolutely stay here again.

Layout of house great with 5 kids 9-14. Everyone loved the game room. King suites for all adults. Very close to beach. Pool excellent. Loved the ice machine and the Keurig.

Our family of 15 stayed here and it was just the right size for us all too be able to have many game nights and family dinners. The pool was great to just be able to hang out and relax in after a day at the beach. The public beach access isn’t very far but it’s super busy and a couple days if you got there after 9am there was no parking available. They are expanding parking for the future. The location was great being right by Pampano Joes for nice easy lunches. And Bad Ass coffee for coffee runs. The host was super attentive and responsive with any needs. You will get your exercise in with it being a 3 story house. All the main necessities are on the first floor and accessible minus the washer and dryer being on the 2nd floor. House was fully stocked and even had games beach gear for us to use. Plus all the beach towels you could ever need. Highly recommend this house and host! Would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this property was great! Just as described. The pool was warm, large and saltwater which was so preferred over chlorine. The beds were all comfy, luxurious bathrooms and loved the plush towels! Having many beach towels provided was a huge plus. The kids LOVED the Pac-Man game on the 3rd floor! The kitchen had almost everything we needed and the owner must have just bought a brand new grill. (Don’t count on the wagon to get things back and forth from the beach—old and rusty) Some pool and beach toys in outside shed. We would definitely return!!

We loved the area! I even walked to the beach with my 5 year old - not far at all! We rented a golf cart to carry all of the beach items. The house is beautiful and is as advertised. We would highly recommend!

We stayed here for our family reunion of 24. There were 14 adults and 10 kids, ranging in age of 9-17. Monica was excellent to communicate with and the home itself was just as described. Pros: The rooms are described and quite spacious. Having seven large king beds was great for our group. The home itself is gorgeous. The pool area is fabulous and is where we spent a lot of our time. It was a quick and easy walk to Miramar beach access and beach restaurants. Kitchen is stocked with pots, pans and supplies. Lots of parking for 8 vehicles. Cons/improvements: The bedrooms need furnishings for clothing. We were there for a week and it’s quite difficult to stay with no dresser and having to live out of a suitcase. I would suggest a larger dresser in each bedroom under the TVs (especially in the front bedroom on the second floor as there is no closet). For guests staying a week (or more), the host should supply more than a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. For the price of the home, a Vrbo should come with basic necessities (tp, paper towel, dishwasher detergent, etc). Suggestion from the group was outdoor ceiling fans on the patios. It was well over 100 during our stay and that would have helped. The half bath is at the front of the house which leads to lots of water being tracked though the home while using the pool. There are some rules which are difficult to comply with due to the closeness of the other homes. The next door neighbors are right on top of you and we were easily mistaken for them once. Rules such as smoking and noise can be difficult to tell where it is coming from. While the home had some things we thought could be improved upon, we all had the trip of a lifetime. Monica was great in communication and the location and home itself was great. Don’t hesitate to book. It’s a blast!
