The family had a great time. The House was well-maintained and well furnished. Just a short walk to the beach to the 'barking' 'sugar' sand. Glad we stayed in OB as GS seemed much busier.

Having visited OBA for nearly 30 years, this was our first trip with our adult kids, their spouses and their kids. In total we had 11, with 5 of those being under the age of 5. Aqua Vista was the perfect place for our crew. The bedroom configuration was perfect, the accommodations were top-notch, and of course the beach access was right out the door.Rhonda is an outstanding host, always available by email or text, and very timely with answering questions etc.

This is by far the best place we've ever stayed.... Location, beach access, decor, comfort of furniture, bedding, supplies,...etc. Such an enjoyable home! Will stay again!

What an amazing week with family! The house, beach, and pool were all perfect! The house had everything we needed from accommodations to cookware and was very nicely decorated. The deck had a great table and chairs to enjoy meals together outside, lounge chair to enjoy a book or just admire the view, and room relax and visit. View from the upper deck was so relaxing and a great place to watch the dolphins! The pool was great and we appreciated the umbrella bases so popping in an umbrella made shade so convenient! The description mentioned a “closet” with beach accessories.. it was so much more than we expected! It’s a large room with plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc and even hand trolleys to easily move those items to the beach. My crew said it was the best and easiest beach access they had ever had. Even our not quite two year old could walk it without help. I can’t say enough about the fact that we truly had all the space we wanted on the beach. We weren’t crowded and boxed in by rows of umbrellas! Aqua Vista truly is a “one of a kind” place. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay! First time renting a house and this one spoiled us! The house was exactly what we were looking for and more. The separate storage for beach toys was so much better than lugging everything up in a condo elevator. So easy. The pool is shared, but it was so quiet. We only saw one other group there one day. So much more space on the beach than a condo. We’re already planning a trip back!

We took a trip with our kids and sister and her family for spring break. The house was perfect, because close to everything, beach out the back door and large enough that all 8 were comfortable!

This was our second January to the Alabama coast, but the first in this house. This is a place we all enjoyed and will stay again. The home is just a few steps from the beach and the decks are perfect for morning coffee.

The house was clean and well stocked with plenty of beach chairs and toys. Rhonda was so helpful, even offering to dry our clothes for us when the dryer was not working properly. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Being right on the beach was amazing. The house had many extra chairs and toys in the storage, which we appreciated. Down the beach in either dirction was crowded due to the highrise condos, but in the area of the beach right behind the house, we had all the room we could ask for! So nice to be away from the crowds, but right in the center of everything. The house was very comfortable with plenty of room for our family of eight. We would love to come back again.

Beautiful house...beautiful, clean, white sand beach! Perfect weather and plenty of room to spread out.

This is a wonderful house with very nice furnishings. The beach is great and not very crowded right in front of the house. It is very close to an entrance to the state park, which we used every day. The only downside is the pool. Yes, there is a pool but it is small and the water is very warm (no shade around the pool). If any other people (from the house that shares it) were in the pool, our kids didn't want to use it because it is so small. Also, spices are listed as an amenity but the only spices were salt and pepper and one other spice. If I had known there weren't going to be spices, I would have brought by own.

Aqua Vista met our needs for 7 adults and 4 children (ages 2-9.) Double Red Flags during our stay allowed us to take advantage of the pool which was located between the house and the road. We shared the pool with 3 other units, so it was never overly crowded. The beach was right out the back door. The house had ample and comfortable seating outdoors on the decks and a picnic table down by the grill. There was a huge closet under the house for storage of beach equipment. In fact, there was enough beach chairs and toys for our entire group already there. The interior was just as pictured; comfortable seating and beds! So glad I found this gem for my family!

My family and I loved our stay. Beautiful home and ocean front views. Location was great. Home has one of the best kitchens that we have stayed in. Plenty of cookware!!! We had to wait just a little bit to get in the home, but when we did it was really clean. This home is a 10!!
