The sweeping views of One Mile Beach are best enjoyed from the balcony with friends and family at Aqua Palm. The elevated position of Aqua Palm in Palm Road makes the most of the views, yet places you only a 600 meter walk from your front door to the golden beach sands and patrolled waters of One Mile.

On the upper level, at the heart of this family home, is the spacious open plan living and dining area with large glass doors opening onto the ocean view, filling the house with fresh coastal air. Bedroom one has access to the ocean balcony features a comfortable queen bed, TV and ensuite bathroom and bedrooms two and three with a queen and double bed respectively, with adjoining family bathroom.

On the lower level is the fourth bedroom, a perfect area to give some separation for the kids, with two sets of tri-bunk beds, living area with TV and a full bathroom. All of the bed linens are provided, and towels for the bathrooms, you just need to pack your beach towels.

Perfect for children and fur babies is the enclosed back yard with lush lawn and 6 burner BBQ. The laundry comes equipped with an additional fridge, washing machine and dryer. There is a convenient outdoor shower to wash off those sandy feet after a dip in the ocean.

Whilst this property does allow you to bring along a pet, all animals must be kept outdoors at all times. Please respect these rules as your pets may inadvertently cause damages and leave lingering smells that are intrusive to other guests, as well as possibly incur charges for the extra cleaning required.

A bond applies to all bookings by way of a preauthorisation on a valid credit card.

    I believe have to be a full Aircon unit throughout the whole house as it only had a split system in the lounge room and the bedrooms had pedestal fans. And as we thought that the beautiful beach breeze would be great enough in the bedrooms. We decided to leave our windows open to get that beautiful seabreeze because the fans were not good enough and we were robbed while we were sleeping because the bedrooms were so hot. Yes we will walk and only because we had to leave the windows open and overnight to at least get some seabreeze through the place, after that night we had to lock everything up and be fearful that the offenders would come back as they took my friends car and to this day it still has not been recovered. We also got a visit from the Gardner and he just came through the side gate and did his gardening without even knocking on the front door and as the place is a pet friendly place it would be nice if you had knocked on the front door to tell us that he was coming here to do some gardening as that same day we had got robbed so we were a little bit apprehensive about just having someone come through the place without even telling us. I called the host to tell them about what had happened at the house and they said they have nothing to do with that and that it was the owner that looked after the gardening. We just thought it’d be nice if he had knocked on the front door to tell us that he was there to do the gardening. So we weren’t very happy in the end.

    Great location, not far far from golf club & beach. House was neat & tidy except for BBQ, which we had to give a good clean before use. Would stay here again

    Well presented property-ideal for family get together. Older-mobiliy challenged people should be aware access to the property is very steep Would use the property again

    This is a large house with absolutely fantastic ocean views. Short walk to the beach where we saw dolphins frolicking.

    Overall good experience. Property is located in a quiet street overlooking One Mile Beach. Plenty of space for families and is dog friendly. Close distance to local cafes, shops and Clubs. Cleaning needs to be improved and wifi needs to be included for the price. Otherwise, it’s definitely a great holiday house.

    The photos showing on line with a little misundstand --- 1) 4 bathrooms which only has 3 actually, 2) The layout down stairs was different with photos showing , to saying this, there is photos showed 6 people beds actually was same with the photos showed sofa and bunk bed . 3) The stairs for bunk bed was totally hurt foot when clime on . 4 ) Overall its satisficed .
