Stayed Jul 8, 2023Our first day they didn’t have keys ready for us for late night check in. Second stay, we weren’t able to stay. I contacted the manager multiple times and no response. We would like refunded for kart stay since didn’t stay at property.

Stayed Jun 30, 2023My first stay I had to contact maintenance at night bc no info left to get into apartment. My second stay I had a sick kid and had to head home. I contacted Ava 4 times and no response back. I requested a refund or credit. I would like a refund at this point.
