Appian · Stunning Renovated home, Included Heated Spa

We stayed for 5 nights while in town for a wedding. I had my husband, baby, and parents and there was plenty of room for all of us. There are definitely things that could use some attention with this property and I’m very disappointed with the owners communication. With that being said it was okay for a short visit but I wouldn’t book again until the owner made some changes. Below is a list of the major things. Cons:Could use a good deep clean, the bathrooms, vents, and windows haven’t been cleaned in agesRecliner couch had a broken foot restNeeds new bath towels and mPros:Well stocked with essentials; coffee, extra blankets, kitchen itemsHot tub heated up quicklyWasher/dryer was nice

The house is as described. Only issue was I had submitted a question about a possible early check in and did not receive an answer only a generic check in response. There was standing water in the dishwasher that stank to high heaven but we ran a cycle through it and that cleared it up. The pool and hot tub worked without any issues whatsoever. All appliances worked without issue other then noted.

This is our second stay at this house. Location and cleanliness are excellent. A set of instructions printed out to turn on the pool heater would be helpful.

Very family friendly

Great house to stay in for a couple of days to see Donnie Osmond to perform In vegas. The house is out if the craziness of the strip but close enough to get there quickly. Close to grocery stores and restaraunts. Check in was easy and information was clear and complete. Clean and comfortable. We'll stay here again if possible.

Property was fantastic.. Pool and hot tub were the highlight of the stay. My granddaughters literally lived in it when we at the house.. It’s about 20 minutes from the strip and it was so peaceful. Everyone is in agreement for a return next year at the time of my granddaughters’ competition.

The house was super clean and beds are great, location is near my family, so we will return in the future. The pool-spa instructions and house rules need to be printed out and in a book or on the fridge. I missed the email with instructions and couldn’t use the WiFi without the password for the first day. The pool instructions are very difficult to follow. I’m not the first guest to point that out. Call the number at the bottom if you need help to get it working. Guest bath faucet has a drip, the shower handle is falling apart. It should be replaced IMO. Air hockey table barely works. Putting green is nice, spa is nice once you figure out the confusing instructions. Kitchen is well-appointed, TVs are good, location is convenient for getting around Henderson and getting on the freeways. Overall, we had a good stay, it was just frustrating not to be able to use the spa when we arrived.

Overall the property was ok for what we were looking for. There are definitely some areas that need attention. This property is clearly just an investment property that is one of many the owner has. It has just enough to get it rented but I feel it is missing all the details that would make people want to rent again. PROS: great pool which was heated to 85 (almost felt like a hot tub), beds were comfortable, large master bedroom, great AC that worked really well, comfortable beds, and Roku TVs in every room was really nice! CONS: the furniture wasn’t very comfortable in the living room with the TV so lounging to watch TV wasn’t the best. There wasn’t a garbage in the master bathroom, some of the towels were dirty, and the home desperately needs a deep cleaning. There was an old used bandaid found behind the couch on the windowsill, the blinds behind the kitchen sink had old food on them, one of the walls in the bedroom had something spilled running down it. The master bathroom had a used hair tie sitting in the windowsill. And when we first arrived I put my 10 month old in his walker and let him run around the house and after about 10 min I noticed his feet were completely black. So we had to wear sandals on the hardwood floors during our stay because the floors were so dirty. Furniture on back patio could also use an update. With a little bit of attention this could be a great property! Like I said above it’s just missing the attention to detail!

The pool and hot tub were great, as well as the air hockey table and other backyard games. It was a very nice stay and the owner was super responsive. Property is in a neighborhood, closer to biking and hiking trail than the Vegas strip, but that's what we were looking for.
