Apopka Single-Story Home w/ Private Lanai + Pool!

Very nice house! Beds are very comfortable. Owner was easy to reach when needed.

Lovely home, as described, and the host was responsive and welcoming.

This home is in dire need of some TLC. There was a small amount of standing water in the master bath. The drain in the master shower is in need of cleaning. The appliances in the cabinets were dusty, the toaster is dirty. While the pool was beautifully heated and pleasant, the area around the pool needs to be power washed along with the screen. The pool toys also need to be washed while the floating sticks just need to be replaced.

I think some of the kitchen pots and pans need to be updated to none stick. Extra bath towels, kitchen towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and etc would be nice.

Great place with an awesome view. The pool is great and everything is clean. Perfect place to stay and relax.

Loved the location of the rental. Able to go to mt dora, disney springs and renningers. Also dined at some tasty places. Veggies stands and boiled peanut along the side of the road with very friendly vendors. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming. We indulged in the pool and sunbathed a bit. The master was very nicely laid out and the bed, very comfortable. We ate in the kitchen foe quick snacks and sat down to diner in the dining room. The kitchen was fully stocked to help us prepare our meals, with more then enough of counter space to accommodate each person's prep.

We loved having room to spread out and a nice sized, screened in pool. Kids swam for hours. The beds and furniture were comfortable, house clean, kitchen stocked, quiet neighborhood. Springs are close by and Disney easy to get to. We would stay again if in the area.

Our experience was great. The area had lots of things to do within an hour's drive. Really enjoyed the pool area as well.

Very comfortable house; well set up kitchen, except need more kitchen towels. The host was very accommodating and easy to reach. We missed the small print that heating pool was extra, so be aware. Also, when 5 people are there for 5 days, probably need more than 1 roll of extra toilet paper and more than half a roll of paper towels. But overall, great place to stay.

This is a very nice place. The house is in a quiet location and has great access to highways to go everywhere in Orlando.

5 minutes from Apopka activities. 15 minutes to Wekiva Springs. 40 minutes to Disney. Quiet neighborhood. Great house. Comfortable beds. Nice pool. Very well stocked kitchen. We'd stay again and again.

We picked the perfect spot to come relax, visit old friends, and enjoy the amenities. We loved the decor and got great use of the pool. The house was spotless and our host responded quickly to any of our needs. Thanks for a great stay!

The house was a great fit for our family vacation. Spacious and the pool was was such an amazing addition to enjoy the beautiful weather.

Everything was nice.

Visiting sick relative in nursing home, family and friends nearby. This house was perfectly situated for our needs. Shelly was helpful and answered all my questions. This was our first time renting a house instead of staying in a hotel and I am ready to do it again, thank you!

The property was decorated very nice. Plenty of space for everyone to move around. The beds were very comfortable - big plus. I was informed the day before check-in that the cushions on the pool area were removed and temporary cushions were there - the temp cushions were not meant for the type of furniture there. We were only able to use the grill 1 time during our stay because there was only enough propane for that one use. I think we would stay here again if we needed the space for the amount of family we had with us.
