Apartment of roses in villa Refuge of Seagulls

The apartment is situated near the top of the Costa Paradiso resort and has a fantastic view over the sea and the sunset every evening. There are 3 large double beds, a large terrace with loungers and a place to eat and a barbecue. The kitchen is small and quite basic (just a hob) but there are plenty of pots and pans. Access is through the attractive garden down steps. The owners live in the main property and are very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

the Location is absolutelly stunning, with the best-ever sunset included! Rosa and her familly gave us a warm welcome as we were part of the family. wonderful beaches are within 15-20 min drive. we highly recomend the location

I'm a little reluctant to sing the praises of this apartment for fear that it won't be available next time we want to visit Sardinia. However, Rosa and Gino deserve it. The villa sits in one one the highest spots in Costa Paradiso, commanding a stunning view over this craggy and spectacular stretch of coastline. If you love clear, aquamarine water, snorkelling and rock scrambling then this is the place for you. The apartment is simple, clean and comfortable. The shady veranda is the perfect place to wine and dine, snooze or chill out during the hottest parts of the day. To top it all, the sun will set right in front of you. We loved spotting the many wild boar that trot around the scrub, the lizards and the beautiful garden and colourful flora. Rosa and Gino are lovely and hospitable hosts, willing to help and advise in any way they can. Thank you so much for making our stay such a memorable one. This is the Costa Paradiso and this apartment epitomises that this is truly paradise. It all starts with the hosts Rosa, Gino and their lovely family; you are invited into their home and made to feel part of the family, wonderful people. If there were any minor issues or if any information was required, the hosts were always more than willing to help in any way they could. The apartment is simple and functional, it has all the basic necessities for one to have a pleasant and comfortable stay. The views are spectacular and never ending; sundowners and hors d'oeuvre's are a must, while dinner is cooking on the BBQ. Great place, great people and many thanks to the family for making this such a lovely stay PS. Rosa's limoncello is the best Molti Grazie alla Russo Famiglia !!!
