We live in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood with close knit and extremely vigilant neighbors. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. Perfect location for Chesapeake Bay Foundation functions. Quiet neighborhood with stores and restaurants close by.
The house is truly beautiful done! The pool and backyard are so peaceful. The porches and firepit were also lovely! The beds were comfy and the house was well stocked. I fully recommend!
The house is great! The beds were comfortable (no Tv's in bedrooms) and the location is so close to shopping. We celebrated our 3 yr old grandson's birthday. The pool was wonderful as the weather was very hot! The water was cold, so we enjoyed the cool down. no heater in the pool. I called about a few ants we saw by the patio door in the kitchen and received a call immediately and found the spray in the garage and no more ants! The screened-in porch was our favorite spot every night! I would recommend anyone to stay here.
The house and neighborhood are nice. When they say the house is well stocked, they mean for a group of 4 or 5. Our group of 10 found we need a number of things we expected to be already stocked. Such as: -Bath towels. 1 towel per room doesn't work for 10 people. -Drink pitcher, liquid measuring cup, hand mixer, pot large enough to cook pasta for 10, plastic cups (especially since no glass around pool) ice maker that made more than 20(ish) cubes if ice per day, microwave that is large enough for more than a cup of soup... -Bathroom exhaust fan that does its job (upstairs hall bath) -Matress topper, or something to soften the feel -blankets that match the size of matress. Full/ queen blanket on king... -The BIG one, more than 1 working TV. Especially when that TV is in the living room - which was decreed pet free by the owners (only found out when we saw the list of rules on the kitchen table) we booked this place because it was pet friendly house. That was just plain mean. -Chaise lounges around pool. And PLEASE trim the overgrown vegitation that prevented the adults in our group from walking around one side of the pool. This the 3rd year our group rented a house for our vacation. While nice, this house certainly ranks at the bottom of the list. Oh, and most of neighbors were very friendly (especially the lady with the whimsical front yard), but one man wanted to question why a few of us were walking in the neighborhood, in a not so nice way.
Wonderful trip! Highly recommend for any family looking for homey-feel while visiting Annapolis.
Erin allowed us to check-in early which was so convenient since I was coming from out of town. The house is brand new and very clean. The pool was cold but we enjoyed hanging out around the house and loved the kitchen. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood close to a grocery store, restaurants and shops. Definitely recommend!
