Anna Maria island 3 bedroom, private pool and pet friendly!

Awesome home! Quiet area, and so close to the beach. Pool and spa were so fun and relaxing. We’re already thinking of another trip to AMI and if we do we won’t even search for another property if this one is available for the dates we choose.

Lovely house in a quiet section of the island, close to the beach and shops. The only knock I have is that the hot tub jets didn't work and no one fixed it in the 5 days we were there (someone came by but didn't know how to fix it, kinda insinuated that i might have broken it and then said a pool tech was coming out but a guy showed up just to clean the pool and didn't fix the jets). There really should be an instruction sheet on how to operate the system, but who knows if that would have helped since it was most likely broken. If you don't mind not having a working hot tub, this place is great. Also, hot water was a premium for the showers ao I'm not sure if the water heater is fully functional.

The company was fast to respond to any questions we had and it’s dog friendly/fenced in. It’s just 1 block back from the beach which was perfect for a little quiet time and off the main road. It was such a wonderful stay.

Had a great time. Good location and clean. Could use more than one towel per guest and TV package could use an upgrade.

Great neighborhood. Property as advertised. Garage door needs a remote. Pool needs a vacum and the hot tub jets did not work. Messaged the property manager, however; I did not receive a response.

Very nice rooms and kitchen. Spa works great. Easy walk to beach and restaurants.

This home was immaculate, a fabulous location close to beach and Pine St and property management very helpful. Be advised there are many,many stairs! The pool and hot tub very nice. And we had access to double garage for parking. We have been going to AMI for several years and this may be the nicest home we have rented.

Some things could do with being updated, especially in the kitchen. Location was great, the house has character. It would have been good to have some pillow protectors and mattress protectors or mattress topper.

The house was really nice, and is located about two blocks from the beach, which was easy to walk to and took no more than 5 minutes. Unfortunately for us, a hurricane hit just off the coast from us, so we only were able to have one nice day on the beach before being confined to the house the rest of our trip because of the weather. The one day we had on the beach was fantastic though. Beach is beautiful, and the sunsets are great. The house had everything we needed, and had the weather been better we would have enjoyed being able to use the pool when we got back from the beach.
