The house was a fantastic place to sleep and play. The pool was great and was fun to have a pool table for the kids. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a beautiful, comfortable place, well-appointed, with a well-outfitted kitchen. The canal dock was fun to sit at and watch the fish jump. Pool and spa were great and the place was, overall, lovely. We would have booked it again for 2025 but for the steep price increase. Despite our high rating, we did have two problems with the property. The master bed was sagging in spots from heavy use. We abandoned it for one of the other bedrooms. And the deck chairs around the table were covered with mildew.

Great weather again on AMI and the house was fantastic. We had issue with hot tub not coming on but they were on it and fixed with 2 hours.

We absolutely loved our stay in this home on AMI! The beautiful, peaceful bayside beach was only 2 blocks away. Beanpoint/gulfside beach was a10min walk that we were able to do easily each day even with kids and their grandma. We really enjoyed paddle boarding on the canal to the bay and we were even greeted the first night by a few manatee right off the dock! The canal was very quiet and peaceful while we were there, but I was a little disappointed by the water color and clarity. In the pictures it looked much more green, but was more dark brown during our stay. The house itself is gorgeous! So clean and updated. Beds were all so comfortable. The screened in porches served us well during a stormy night during our stay. The pool and hot tub were clean and a huge hit with the kids. The only thing worth pointing out is the lack of basics. They are very clear that they only provide a starter amount of paper products and cleaning supplies (i.e dish soap, laundry detergent, etc) so we were prepared with our own supply of these as well. What I didn't take into consideration is that there were no coffee filters, salt and pepper, etc. I have never stayed in a VRBO that didn't at least have a few of these left over from other guests. So we had to make an early morning run back out for coffee filters that first day. So come prepared! Or bring your own kpods as they do have a Keurig also. We would absolutely recommend staying here and we hope to return to AMI and to stay here again!

The property and home was beautiful and just what our family was looking for. Anna Maria was a perfect location. Our only compliant was there wasn't any basics in the house., there was no Extra trash bags, basic cleaning supplies, extra toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, etc.. other than that we would stay again.

Our family of 4 (two parents, two teenagers) stayed at Our Tern this March and were very happy during our stay! The house backs up to the canal where we frequently saw fish, seabirds and manatees (manatees are easiest to see from the deck off the dining room, since they don't come up above the surface much). It was a block or two from the beach, and a short walk to the pier, shops and restaurants on Pine Street. The house is in pristine condition and thoughtfully laid out, with the bedrooms on a separate corridor closed off from the main living area. Early risers didn't need to worry about disturbing the late sleepers (i.e., the teenagers :-) The house is very well appointed with beach towels, chairs and a fully stocked kitchen - complete with all utensils, appliances and serving ware you'd need - even things like a vegetable peeler, cheese grater and multiple colanders. Beds and bedding we comfortable, outside dining area was completely screened in (bug free) with ceiling fans. Pool was small but fun with a nice overhanging umbrella to provide shade. We did have a couple questions for the property management company, and they were VERY responsive - even outside of their stated hours. We were a little hesitant to book a house with no reviews, so posting this to help others. We wouldn't hesitate to return!
