Great stay on a quaint property in a pristine location.

Stayed one night on way to a graduation. Great location, walk to restaurants and bars.Hot tub was great also. Host is great to work with!

We enjoyed our overnight stay in your comfy cottage. It was an easy walk into town. But the location directions should be more clear if you arrive from the sides streets and not from the main road. The housing numbers were confusing. Overall it was an enjoyable time! Thank you!

All was as expected. Great location; very quiet.

The place was nice. There were no directions on how to use the TV. My wife got a sliver of glass in her foot from the rug in front og the couch. Other that those two things it was OK.

The place was so comfy and a nice retreat from visiting the wineries all day. It’s also conveniently located so close to downtown Fburg. Would definitely book again!

This location was clean, well maintained and very close to downtown! Easy access….10 steps from my truck to the front door! Will definitely be back…

We enjoyed our stay at this property, especially its convenient location close to Main Street. Only areas for improvement would be the electrical outlets as our chargers kept slipping out and the sofa in main room can use an upgrade. Last recommendation would be to trim trees overlapping sides of house as this made a bit of unwanted overnight noise with branches swaying against house and fence in the Texas winds Oversll - a good stay!

This little house was beautifully appointed with much attention to detail. With a comfortable leather couch cozy fireplace it was relaxing and classy, great for making Christmas memories! The bed is huge and comfortable, the sheets felt like butter. But mymy absolute favorite thing

This is a super cute little old house. It's been nicely renovated, but the only downside is that all of the plugs are so worn that most plugs won't stay in them. We struggled to even charge our phones because the charging brick would fall out within a minute or two. If you come, bring an extension and some tape. Would definitely rebook!

Just stayed a night but we had a great time! Check In was quick, place was clean, and the jacuzzi was awesome. I wish we had booked earlier so we could have stayed during the weekend. Would stay again.

Location was perfect- walking distance. Quaint - generally had what needed. Appreciated there was coffee & creamer - thank you! Some dishes in cupboard were dirty, but just put them in the dishwasher. Could have used a broom - we worked to not track anything in. And needed a fly swatter - one floated in through the front door on entry and we kept missing him! Had a great stay. Nice to cook an HEB meal and not eat out!

Beautiful inside and very nice hot tub on back porch. Will stay again, Susan was a very big help.

Home was nicely equipped and very clean. The kitchen is a little cramped, but served our needs pretty well. Adding a toaster would be a nice addition.

Fredricksburg was a great place to visit. We loved our location because it was close enough to walk to everything. Home was pleasant and had everything we needed.

My husband and I spent my birthday weekend in Fredericksburg. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. It was great to be walking distance to Main Street.

Property was perfect for what we were looking for! Great location! Adorable home! It was right in town. Easy walk to dining and shops. Also a short drive to enchanted rock, wineries, and the bat cave.

The cottage was exactly as described. We had a little difficulty getting the hot tub hot the 2nd night. Otherwise the location, cleanliness, bedding, linens, were great.

Great location, we really enjoyed it and would book again.
