Great comfortable bach, close to the lake. Has everything you need and plenty of room for everyone.

Good house, great location & easy instructions

The setup was fine. The fireplace can do with a safety guard around it. Shower in the garage has much better water flow than inside.A coffee plunger would've been great or just to be informed that there isn't one.Great location

Served us well. Close to boat ramp. Plenty of room for four adults.

Easy booking and awesome place to stay with clean linen supplied and enough wood to burn in the fireplace. Clean and good place.

This was the perfect Bach for my family to stay in on our holiday in kinloch! Close to the lake and plenty of beds! Would definitely stay here again on our next trip :)

A problem with the dishwasher was quickly rectified. Sadly kitchen utensils,pots etc were not very clean. We left them cleaner than on arrival.Very dusty headboard and under the bed. Would suggest perhaps a wipe down of Walls etc in bathrooms by your cleaners

The house was quite impressive, and the children thoroughly enjoyed their time there. I purchased some Nerf guns for them, and they had an excellent time running around and playfully shooting each other, especially since the weather was not favorable. There was ample space for their activities. Overall, we had a wonderful experience; however, I must admit that I am not very adept at geography and did not realize how far the house was from Taupo. Kinloch, nonetheless, is a beautiful location in its own right. The lengthy drive was somewhat frustrating, which may deter us from returning in the future. Prior to making the reservation, I had reviewed several comments, many of which were quite negative, yet this did not dissuade me from proceeding with the booking. Unfortunately, I discovered firsthand that some of the criticisms were indeed valid dating back to 2023. The shower, to put it mildly, was inadequate; washing my hair became a lengthy ordeal due to the difficulty in rinsing out the shampoo. Additionally, it was evident that the house had not been cleaned properly for an extended period, which was disappointing, as it is a lovely place to stay. In conclusion, I left the property in a cleaner state than I found it, and despite the issues, we all had a fantastic stay.

We had a great time the location was perfect a short walk to the lakefront.

Well-stocked kitchen, the fire was an absolute game changer! Warmed the living room and upstairs very efficiently!

Great house for a wintry biking weekend with friends - kitchen, table, sofa all large enough and comfy. Glad of the fire (although the door latch needs servicing). Access to the garage was FANTASTIC for storing bikes. Only surprise was slightly strange configuration of bedrooms and 2 not having doors. We are good friends so it was fine. Would stay again.
