Angel Fire Mountain & Ski House - Casa Blue Sky – Beautiful 3 Bedroom Home!

Great house with a spacious master bedroom, 2 bathrooms each with showers and tubs, bunk room, and an awesome game room. All the couches were extremely comfortable to sit and relax on with electronic buttons for headrest and feet, and they rocked.! The fireplace was wood burning and provided the perfect ambience after a day of skiing. It was perfect and right by the mountain.!

This place was the perfect home base for our family ski trip to Angel Fire. The house itself was awesome. Spacious, comfortable, and laid out in a way that kept everyone happy. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and never once felt cramped, which on a ski trip is basically a small miracle.After long days on the mountain, it was great to come back to a warm, cozy space with plenty of room to relax, spread out gear, and unwind. The kids had space to play, the adults had space to breathe, and everyone slept comfortably.If you’re coming to Angel Fire with family or a group and want a place that actually feels like a vacation home instead of a squeeze, this is it. We’d happily stay here again and already miss it.

This is without a doubt one of our favorite places! The kitchen is well stocked with quality cookware and dishes. Big fluffy towels are in the baths. It is a great location, with deer sightings every day! It is clear the owners want you to enjoy your time away and feel at home. We had one little hiccup, and the property manager was right on it! Very impressive! We would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful place, very peaceful! I wouldn’t recommend bringing elderly to this location. We brought my grandparents and we had to go behind the house to use the back door because the stairs to the front door were hard for them. Over all we enjoyed the beautiful deck, deer and the peace and quiet. Very great experience! Thank you

This home was perfect for my family. We loved the setting of the home surrounded by nature. We saw giant deer and played in the snow. The drive to the ski resort was something like 5 minutes. So convenient. We cooked our meals at home and played in the game room. It was very cozy and had amazing views all around us. We would certainly stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay. Layout was perfect for our group of 6. Game room was a perfect location for the younger part of our group playing the PS4 in the evenings and allowed the rest of the house to be quiet the game room was nearly sound proof. Kitchen was adequately stocked tho some of the supplied items needed to be rewashed and the items left out had some dust on them such as the crock pot. Rooms were comfortable tho the temp in each room was inbalanced. My daughter slept with the window nearly completely opened in the bunk bed room. Smoke alarms were beeping first night every thirty seconds but went away after about 20-30min. They were in unison beeping but not sure why. Owner got back to us on that about 4am. All in all was really an issue just wasn’t sure if that was going to be an ongoing problem and it wasn’t. Spoke with Kathy who manages the property and she was absolutely customer focused and I appreciate the phone call from her. Would stay again knowing what we know and ultimately the issues we had were not showstoppers. We are a flexible group and appreciated the stay. The garage was a bonus as it was a nice place to unload equipment so we didn’t have to drag it upstairs. All in all great trip.

Everything was great! The only thing discouraging was the master bath bathtub! Water came out very slowly. The house it’sa great home. Perfect setting!

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the property. I gave an excellent review because overall it was indeed excellent! However, the primary shower/bath tub needs some work- we would have to let the water run 20minutes before it would be warm enough to bathe. the shower head needs replacing as it has no pressure but a few streams that were aggressive and ice cold. We were able to use the 2nd shower for a warm bathing experience but for future you may consider this improvement. Thanks for allowing us to stay and the location was great! patrons you might consider this

Primary bed was very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Reclining sofas a nice surprise! Game room well stocked. View from front porch, really nice while there is none on the back of the house. The proximity to the club house was awesome as you can walk to grab a burger/salad or enjoy a delicious meal at Elements, the main dining room. Had an issue with the TV operation and the host was very responsive. Had to take off stars because the carpets are old, rippled and stained along with all the area rugs inside and out. It was our experience that the house needs TCL inside and out along with a refresh as example; broken window blinds. It rained when there and if our truck did not have 4 wheel lock, we would not have been able to drive up on the gravel drive and on the drive down, the driveway ended up in the road and had deep ruts. We left a day early.

Property is as described. Great location near town but far enough away from neighbors for plenty of privacy. Everything you might need was there. Would definitely stay again.

The property is situated in a great location for feeling like you're in the middle of nowhere. The views are amazing and it's very peaceful and quiet. We saw deer, chipmunks, squirrels, and an occasional hummingbird. If there's a clear night, you can see every star in the sky, along with the Milky Way. The street wasn't busy and we were able to take our dogs for walks without worrying about a lot of cars. It's easy to get to town and to the trails located nearby. The property was extremely clean when we arrived, and had everything we needed. The game room was a hit for the kids, and the fire pit was a hit for everyone. Lots of s'mores were made, and there were even skewers in the kitchen. We had a wonderful time, and Cole was very helpful before and during our stay. No one wanted to come back home.

Great location, setting, and property!

This lovely place was wonderful. Beds are super comfortable! The neighborhood is quiet and can take walks and enjoy gorgeous views! The house is very well stocked. The front porch is perfect for morning coffee while enjoying tons of birds. We also saw deer, chipmunks and squirrels playing. You can walk to the country club restaurant where food is scrumptious. Location is very convenient to Taos, Red River and Eagle Nest. Also less than 3 miles away is Angel Fire ski slopes where you can ride the chair lift and enjoy views of the entire valley. Walking around Monte Verde Lake (5 minutes away) is a beautiful walk where we saw much wildlife. So much to do close by! Highly recommend this gorgeous retreat in the mountains! House manager and owner very responsive as well.

House was very nice, communication with management was great. House had everything we needed for a great stay.
