This house was the perfect location, hosts were great and we loved our stay! Beautiful property inside and out.

This is a wonderful house in the middle of Cape Charles. It's right around the corner from shops and restaurants, and a short walk, or quick golf cart ride to the beach. The house was well appointed, with large bedrooms and bathrooms on every floor. The third floor stayed cool and comfortable, even with the very hot weather outside. Everything needed for a stay at the beach was provided for. Little details such as the outside shower for washing off after a day at the beach were much appreciated. I would highly recommend this place, and would visit again in a heartbeat.

We used the house as our home base for an oyster roast weekend. The ladies said the house was super cute. It was exactly as advertised. Worked perfectly for our group of 6.

This place is better than the pics. Recently updated and very nice. May be better stocked for supplies than any any rental I have previously used including paper towels, toilet paper, spices, beach towels and chairs, indoor and outdoor games etc. Nice open layout and 4 blocks to beach and 2 blocks to downtown.

This house was a dream. We have stayed in 2 other cape Charles homes before and this was the best yet. Clean, spacious, and with all the amenities we needed. The back yard is beautiful and shaded for much of the day. Beds were comfortable, showers were great. The house supplied 9 beach chairs, umbrellas, and an outdoor rinsing area. Our group of 8 fit very comfortably. Thank you for hosting us!

We spent a long weekend and loved it. The house is in a perfect location and decorated beautiful and has everything you will need (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc). Backyard is great with long table, corn hole and a fire pit.. You can't go wrong with this place!!

We loved the location! It was our first trip to Cape Charles. We are a family of 5 with 3 little kids (ages 7, 4, and 2.5) and the house was perfect. The kids were obsessed with the upstairs arcade machine. The kitchen was great with tons of room. The bathroom on the second level is shared by all 3 bedrooms but it was perfectly fine. It was a great renovation and so fun to check out all of the details! The decor was really nice. I loved how beach towels were included and even beach chairs! Rent a golf cart and enjoy cruising the island. We had such a good time. We definitely want to come back next year!

The house was a beautiful mix of modern and historic. It was close to everything! Perfect location! Super easy check in and check out process! And to top it off everything you could possibly think of was included! We had an absolute blast!
