An ULTIMATE Havasu Escape

A perfect getaway! This place is super clean and stocked with everything you could need. The pool and spa are amazing, and the neighborhood is quiet, so my husband and I had a peaceful and relaxing stay. The host was lovely and easy to reach, responding quickly. We would definitely stay again!

Can't say enough good. It was ideal for 7 adults/3 days. Teresa, our hostess, was incredible-- Always on top of it, always available.

Amazing house and comfortable

What a great place. I can’t wait to come back again. The host went out of her way to accommodate my mistake as I left my brief case at the front door and she mailed it back. Thank you. The house is a gas due to the random art work. The owner truly appreciates exploring different fixtures as all wall space has some “art”.

We took two teenage girls for spring break and loved everything about this house. The beds are comfortable. The towels are plenty full and soft in the pool/hot tub are gorgeous. The location was perfect for us… It’s a lovely neighborhood and we felt very safe and comfortable we did not want to leave and will be back! .

This is the fifth year in this wonderful Burke house. We love the location where mountains and water are in view on our daily walks. It is a short drive to great restaurants, the London Bridge, and the downtown area. The house is spacious and well designed for entertaining grandkids when they visit. The swimming pool and hot tub are great and the backyard area is spacious for relaxing and entertaining. The host is extremely pleasant and easy to work with.

We were 2 couple's on motorcycles for a long weekend and we were very comfortable with the house and property We had an amazing relaxing time Would absolutely stay again weekend

This house is beautiful. The decor is very cool with so much to look at. It was very clean and stocked with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The outside area is a great place to chill out. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa. Close to all the action yet private and quiet. Lynn is a fantastic host. She responded immediately to all my inquiries. Highly recommended this property to anyone visiting Lake Havasu.

My family gathered in Lake Havasu this summer for the first time in nearly a decade! We had too many for one location so we branched off and got several rentals. In our rental were the adults without children, and this house was perfect for us! It was large enough to not be on top of eachother but cozy enough to be able to commune together in several areas inside and out! We are all foodies and really appreciated the well stocked kitchen as well as the grill and grilling utensils! The bedrooms were comfy and all had a wonderful fan to sleep under, there was a bar located in the living room, comfortable furniture inside and out and a wonderful selection of books to peruse all around the house! The pool was a little smaller than i am used to seeing but it was perfect for us as well as all of the seating options around it! The host was wonderfully helpful with communications throughout the whole process including our last minute canine addition, but the icing on the literal cake is that they make us a welcome cake, it was chocolate and beautiful and delicious! I have stayed at a lot of rentals and have never experienced that. I look forward to coming back to this rental again and again!

The location had easy access to the bridge and shopping area. Several high quality restaurants near the bridge with great views of the Lake. The home had a very nice layout, great coffee selection and a chocolate cake waiting for us. Excellent home for any mix of people.

We absolutely loved this house. Great location and the split layout for two couples is nice, each with king beds. The host was easy to communicate with, left us a sweet welcome gift for our arrival which we enjoyed too. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more, the pool spa and fire pit were fun and all in working order, just a great all around property.
