Amazing spot that is close to everything on the island. Beach front that can’t be beat. We saw dolphins, a stingray, and found plenty of good shells (including two shark teeth). Dale was very responsive and even arranged for his crew to install a scooter ramp for my Dad on Christmas Eve. A huge bonus is the amount of water and sand toys, including kids/toddler life vests. Great stay all around!

The house was very clean, had everything we needed and the location can’t be beat! Dale was great at communicating and checked on us while we were there. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

The beach was amazing and pet friendly. My dogs loved running the beach and our adult kids enjoyed the kayaks. The golf cart rental Triple G's was great too. Thank you, Dale!

A real rustic old school beach bungalow. Reminded me of the Jersey Shore cottages. Beachy home with the water breaking 8 feet from the house. Sitting in the living room it feels like you are on a boat! The sunrise was spectacular. The amenities are basic but the extras like shampoo laundry detergent and dish soap, paper towels helped not having to run out for those items. Will definitely enjoy another quiet stay at this home. Pet friendly so that was great. Clean and I found the beds to be comfortable. Thanks for sharing your home Dale!

House, location, beach, views were incredible! And Dale was so pleasant and very communicative! We will definitely be going back!

Spotless, well supplied home. Spectacular view with water literally steps away. Owner, Dale, was extremely attentive. Of course the island itself is fabulous. No chain stores/eateries. All locally owned restaurants serving delicious food. Good selection of all types of food. If you forgot/need anything, Publix is a short drive away. Definitely a do over, if only for sunrises and sunsets.

We appreciated all the bedroom and bathroom space. Nice and clean. The view of the water from the living room was really great. We spent so much time on the large front deck watching the waves and flocks of Ibis meandering by. Host Dale was super responsive to a couple of special requests. This house was definitely a cozy little throwback property. It was very clean and as advertised. The beds were very comfortable, there were an abundance of linens and towels. There is a myriad of kid's toys, board games, paddle boards and kayaks (something for every age) that go with the house. Dale the owner was very helpful with making the weekend rental very simple. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone for a quick and easy getaway. Thank You Dale. I am sure we will be returning for another stay in the future.

Ideal location! We watched dolphins play everyday, saw nesting sea turtles, and a large variety of birds. The home was perfectly appointed for a wonderful beach stay and the host was very accommodating!
