An Oasis with cascading waterfalls in your backyard

The home was very comfortable and stocked with the necessary items… we really appreciated not having to buy paper products & salt, pepper & oil right off the bat! The kitchen was modern & had all of the cooking pots we needed. There was a drip coffee pot & we left a kuerig pot there too. Beds were very comfortable and it was great having the laundry available. The community was gated and very quiet and tranquil. We used the community pool & hot tub and most of the time we were the only ones using it. Very private and safe. The waterfall off the patio was a perfect backdrop for our happy hours. We enjoyed watching the turtles (big) sunning themselves and the Egrets, Malards & green Heron. Just as we were leaving we saw a few baby mallards swim by? Hawa was very attentive and checked in with us periodically to make sure we had what we needed and to answer questions. All & all we would certainly rent this beautiful home again.

We especially liked the spacious bedrooms, and all the windows were great for us snowbirds to enjoy the sunlight and outdoor surroundings. Great location close to lots of stores and downtown Gilbert a short 10 min car ride away. We felt very safe and liked being in a quiet, gated community. We hope to stay again.

Owner did a great job renovating the property. She was always readily available and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

The whole family loved the home and surrounding water features. The host was wonderful and very accessible. Hawa has put a lot of care into the house, and we are looking forward to booking the next time the family is in town.

Beautiful newly remodeled home with great kitchen and bathrooms. Some of the small, easy to fix things are not quite up to par for this price level. Kitchen needs to be better equipped with better utensils, pots and pans and we were surprised that we had to buy our own TP, paper towels, and soap. Upgrades to the supplies, blankets, towels, and kitchen is all that kept us from rating it 5 stars.

Nov.2019 2 wk stay. We enjoyed our stay at this condo very much. It was a perfect size for us. Nice and quiet, at night and the majority of days. Nice view of neighbouring water fountains and green grass, lots of singing birds, bright and sunny! The owner Hawa, lovely lady, patient, kind and quick to respond to all inquiries. The condo is on the 2nd floor with an attatched garage. It has most things you require to cook meals at home. We hope to return again one day soon!
