Amish Country Getaway w/ Pastoral Views!

Great place to get away. Very clean. Great restaurants nearby.

Bed mattress too soft. No coffee filters. Used paper towel. Small low seated commodes. Not handicap friendly.Otherwise quite comfortable accommodations..

We had an amazing stay and the suite was clean, cozy and warm. It had all the amenities of home and we would definitely stay again! Great place for a girls getaway weekend!

We have been coming to Holmes County for over 20 years and Holmes With A View has been our go to lodging for much of this time. The property is clean and comfortable. The views are spectacular. We were close to Berlin without the traffic. Charm is literally a stones throw away. Walnut Creek, Sugar Creek and Baltic all are very close. This particular property is very roomy for 2 couples. The host provides you with bread and jam, coffee, juice and cinnamon rolls for breakfast. This place slows my world down and I can relax. GPS is handy for the country roads but if you get turned around we’ve learned we will just get to see something new. Check in and check out is a breeze. We love this place. Highly recommend Holmes with a View just leave room for us and our annual reservation.

Very nice, clean, & comfortable accommodations with a very pleasant view. Close to shopping in Charm and Berlin. Parking is a little tight for a truck on the bottom units but not impossible. We appreciated the extra treats they have for you. Will be back.

We LOVED our stay. Peaceful and the views were breathtaking. The house was beautiful. The host had a bountiful of yummy treats for us.We highly recommend and looking forward to more visits here.

Several areas of dissatisfaction......we have experienced a lack of concern for the paying customer , since new ownership . We will look for different options, after staying at Holmes with A View for several years.( 2 night minimum, No Sr Discount, Cleaning Fee, Insurance breakage fee, Continental Breakfast items have been reduced in size or just eliminated )Also general maintenance needs attention.... water damage spots on ceilings, paint chipped off on several corners , Internet service poor, etc.

Condo was great. Had everything we needed plus more! We used deck quite a bit, the horses would come up to the fence. There is a big tree that provides a lot of shade to this deck. The driveway down to #4 is a steep incline. Off the beaten path but close enough to visit Millersburg, Walnut Creek, and Sugar Creek. Will definitely stay there again.

A very clean and comfortable stay. From the front deck we enjoyed the peaceful pastoral views. Also, we enjoyed watching the horses grace just over the fence. If you are looking for a relaxing and affordable place to stay, we highly recommend staying here.Bill GriffithPittsburgh, PA

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and beds were comfortable. The snacks were a nice surprise too. The best part was walking out the door and seeing the horses right at the fence in the evenings. We would defiantly stay here again.

I have stayed at this property at least 4 other times (once in this same room) and it is top-notch! Comfortable beds, nice furnishings, and a fantastic view from the windows and porch! We could watch cows and horses from our windows and enjoyed hearing the birds. Please note that the bedrooms in Suite 4 are in the hillside so they each have only one small, high window. This was not a problem for any of us.

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet gem amidst Amish Country celebrating my Aunt's 82nd Birthday. A sweet treat and continental breakfast items were waiting on us. The peaceful view is amazing and the place was spotless, comfortable beds and good hot water. We would definitely visit again.
