Stayed Dec 7, 2023This is an excellent property that is 1 block from 2 beach accesses. The Sky Deck was wonderful for Gulf sunsets and the heated pool was clean and inviting for a December day. Toys galore....bikes, SUP, kayaks, beach chairs, etc. We had the 2nd floor with 3 bedrooms.... I would highly recommend this property and will return to it in the future.

Stayed Jun 15, 2025I felt like the pictures of this property were just a little bit deceiving, it looked like the lower part of the duplex had been remodeled. I’m presuming from the hurricane of 24 the upstairs could definitely use some facelifts as far as the walk to the beach it is short, but it’s definitely a 5 to 10 minute walk. I would probably not stay there again just because of the proximity to the beach and you can definitely not see the sunsets even from the third story!! the grills are definitely not being cleaned after the duplex has been rented, I don’t know if that is the occupants job or housekeeping!!

Stayed May 24, 2025First trip as a family of 4. House was great we had the upstairs unit. Short walk to beach. Im really tall so was ducking fans but we enjoyed it. We would go again. We go to the AMI area every year and this was another enjoyable stay.

Stayed Apr 5, 2025Loved our stay at Anna Maria Island. House was perfect for the 4 retired adults that stayed here. House was very clean and centrally located to several beaches. Ocean was 2 blocks from house.

Stayed Nov 13, 2024This 2nd Floor condo was untouched by Helene and Milton - superb furnishings. During our stay pool cleaned regularly and new system installed for pool heating. Back of property and decks were sufficiently cleared. Crows nest provided incredible sunsets
